I've said this several times but twitter are editing content making them a media company & not a platform & should be regulated as such.

I quit twitter over a year ago but I noticed likes of GC feminist stuff wouldn't stick then. Thought I was being paranoid.

There are threads of people on Twitter commenting regularly on how their likes on that tweet keep disappearing. Mine stuck for ages, but now constantly disappears. At least they haven't undone my retweet.

I tried and am actually registered (can I remember log-in??) I found it difficult to follow.

My "Like" has gone again, predictably.

I'm not going to re-like it twice a day forever, because I'm not a maniac, but it's incredible that Twitter get away with this.

It definitely gets easier with use. And at least you can say whatever you want. I like being able to edit posts too because I am terrible at proof reading.

Twitter is rigged against women. If anyone can stomach staying on there to reach more women, then great. But it really is an awful place.

A slight aside, but possibly related: just seen on twitter that Katie Hopkins' twitter account has been suspended - because Rachel Riley went in and had a meeting with Twitter about it.

How does that happen? And is that what it takes to be heard? Only if you're a celebrity, or would an ordinary middle aged, invisible woman be invited to meet and discuss issues?

I came off Twitter and one of the main reasons was my 'like' disappearing on JK's tweet and many other tweets that were GC.
I was there mainly to amplify other people's voices and show my support, so it all seemed pointless if I couldn't do this. I was also Deboosted.
Twitter is manipulating public opinion. This is REALLY sinister.
