Something that is really sad is that there genuinely are a lot of vulnerable / different / gender nonconforming / trans and non-binary identifying kids who find a lot of solace in Harry Potter, as they identify with his ‘freakishness’. By deliberately misconstruing JK’s very reasonable tweet as her being transphobic and hating these kids, the TRA’s are the ones causing the real damage to them. It’s actually really cruel.

I've liked and replied to her tweet using my personal twitter handle with my real name. My head is firmly above the parapet now! This is too important to stay quiet on.
