I loved "Maybe his kink is taking LGBT jobs?"

i loved "Maybe his kink is taking LGBT jobs?

Oh i missed that!!!

We need a thread of FWR sayings....it would be awesome

TheBullshitGoesOn · 29/06/2019 09:17

And I rather liked this reply on the LGBTLabour Twitter thread.

FlippinFumin · 29/06/2019 09:17

I think this is hilarious and pathetic and we need to take the best advantage of it.

Any straight white female up for putting themselves forward for LGBTQ+ positions?

In all seriousness, I think Threehoursfromhome could be correct. The shitstorm may well just be getting started. Heads will be exploding trying to work out which side they should come down on. Of course IF he is a Muslim, making him step down is not going to look good. Self ID is self ID, end of!

LangCleg · 29/06/2019 09:22

Reading the Pink News article and the earlier one from the Newham Reporter, the election of the apparently straight man to the LGBT post appears to be part of the broader campaign by Christian and Muslim parents against LGBT-inclusive teaching in schools, similar to the protests going on in Birmingham at the moment.

If this is the case rather than paranoid exaggeration on the part of Woke Activists, who seem to feel entitled to the entire Labour machinery, there is absolutely no way the Sanctimonious Morph will be able to stay away.

On a serious note, wokeism is going to destroy Labour electorally. It's spitting on the Labour vote in every marginal-held and marginal-target seat. Scotland is already gone cos indy vote, the deindustrialised areas are pretty much gone cos Brexit, and now they're going for the Labour-voting but socially conservative Muslim areas because they can't bear to accept a simple anti-bullying primary school curriculum instead of the queer theory extremism of No Outsiders. And women are disappearing up and down the country.

It's nuts. The Woke understanding nothing but political battering rams and denunciation authoritarianism. No idea how to build consensus or make political bargains or seek compromises.

As women, we might as well concentrate on lobbying the Tories about this. Because Labour isn't going to be in power any time soon.

LangCleg · 29/06/2019 09:26

Also: come on Owen. Pretty please. The anticipation is killing me. Dispense thy words of wisdom.

DuMondeB · 29/06/2019 09:27

Wanktrumpets! 😂

Mermoose · 29/06/2019 09:28

Zebrasarebras queer-identifying straight white people are there ahead of you! Here they are lamenting how hard life is when you're not 'visibly queer':
"Naming is particularly important to the pair as a means of signaling their queerness, since they “pass” as a straight couple. “We don’t look visibly queer,” Ms. Davidson said, “So in some ways, our choice of names helps us affirm our identities.”"

Although I see they have assumed the gender of their theyby. Bigots.

ZebrasAreBras · 29/06/2019 09:32

Mermoose - just shows, parody is impossible these days. Real life has become parody. The End of Days is nigh Brew

I will enjoy watching the LGBTQ eating itself - because they have so utterly screwed women, especially lesbians.

MuthaFunka61 · 29/06/2019 09:45

This is all so delicious, I've gone up a dress size just by reading it.

👏

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 29/06/2019 10:09

I think we should all adopt a misogynist wanktrumpet.

I have McKinnon (yes I am still preening about that!).

One of you surely can take on LOJ?
Madigan needs a sponsor too.
Etc

The rule is that you have to get personally called out and/or insulted by them on twitter, then you know they look up to you for guidance and leadership.

I feel so magnanimous at my charitable works.

TriptychDebbie · 29/06/2019 10:19

Much as I'd love to oblige @BuzzShitbagBobbly they've all blocked me so they would have to insult me by carrier pigeon.

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 29/06/2019 10:25

Don't let that stop your philanthropy!

I'm not even on twitter, but Rachel found me nonetheless thanks to their constant scouring on MN for uppity women

LassOfFyvie · 29/06/2019 10:46

"Naming is particularly important to the pair as a means of signaling their queerness, since they “pass” as a straight couple. “We don’t look visibly queer,” Ms. Davidson said

What is "queer" supposed to mean in this context? They are a cis, (sorry I know it's frowned on, but I think it's excusable in the context here to emphasise the absurdity of what she is saying) heterosexual couple.

TriptychDebbie · 29/06/2019 10:51

Being 'queer' is the new 'we do everything together as a couple' Which apparently also includes avoiding reality.

TriptychDebbie · 29/06/2019 10:53

To add to that, I live in a woke town which is full of so-called queer types. They are without a doubt, some of the most self obsessed, sanctimonious, dullest people I've ever had the misfortune to come across.

TheBigBallOfOil · 29/06/2019 10:53

As a Tory can I please reinforce the suggestion of lobbying them on this hard, stressing that it’s a vote winner with women? Tories are pragmatic. If they think self id wins them a few votes at low cost that’s why they’ll adopt it, not because they believe in it.

PancakeAndKeith · 29/06/2019 10:54

What is "queer" supposed to mean in this context?

They’ve got purple hair and want to be seen as being more interesting than a regular straight people.

LassOfFyvie · 29/06/2019 11:08

They’ve got purple hair and want to be seen as being more interesting than a regular straight people

But they haven't. Their choice of clothes and appearance could not be more gender conforming.

LassOfFyvie · 29/06/2019 11:12

As a Tory I'm on the one hand delighted with yet more examples of how utterly bonkers, irrelevant, divorced from reality and incapable of running a whelk stall the Labour party is and the worry that there might still be enough people willing to vote for them to win an election.

R0wantrees · 29/06/2019 11:14

Lass I think its simply, want to be seen as being more interesting than a regular straight people

Many people seem very keen to avoid being seen as 'vanilla' !

Its the modern incarnation of 'U and Non-U'
'Q & Non-Q'?

titchy · 29/06/2019 11:17

Their choice of clothes and appearance could not be more gender conforming.

They're brilliant! Rejecting the terms 'mummy' and 'daddy' for being too gender-conforming. So they went for the utterly unconventional 'mama' and 'abba' which is the Hebrew for father!

SonicVersusGynaephobia · 29/06/2019 11:25

It's appalling that Rohit is trying to force this LGBT+ person out of the closet.

Weezol · 29/06/2019 11:32

ZebrasAreBras Please, please work this up and submit it to Medium and Prick News etc. I'm sure one of them will bite.

I think LOJs mam has suspended his Internet privileges on the basis that he needs to get out in the fresh air. Perhaps he's playing golf with a chum then having a picnic with lashings of ginger beer.

LangCleg · 29/06/2019 11:36

Q & Non-Q

Brilliant!
