And given her leadership position, he would have not made repeat appearances like he has done.

When has he made "repeat appearances" after it was criticised online?

Sorry I was not clear. I meant repeat appearances during the same event. In the video I watched, he comes and goes a bit and she cheers and laughs each time he pops up.

Because people found it funny, because they weren't thinking it would be perceived as anything other than a piss take of the thugs in Manchester. The whipped up Twitter storm came later (I think it wasn't even the same day)

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 10:48

He hasn't apologised though, as far as I know.

I guess people are going to have to let it go then, if he doesn't see he has anything to apologise for. I think it's a bit much expecting some kind of grovelling public apology. But quite typical of social media today. If you don't like him or Posie, that's up to you.

“I didn’t say Brendan O’Neill was “hard far right”. But he’s yet another right wing person…”

Adds ‘Marxist Libertarian’ to the new ‘right-wing’ list.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 10:49

Yes didn't he found Living Marxism?

ThickCutSteakChips · 26/06/2022 10:53

He wasn't wearing blackface, he was taking the piss out of the Antifas? None of whom were black as far as I know?

I am slightly Hmm at Talcum X and Black Pampers though.

Well, when the speaker introduces him as a “Black Pamper” before his first appearance clearly appropriating the name “Black Panther” and it’s a white person in head to toe black with a wig of black hair……I mean…it’s unequivocally blackface.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 10:54

It was unmistakably blackface.

Also the image you posted is disingenuous, some of the "black bloc" guys in Manchester were wearing balaclavas, not just face masks.

So? They’re not calling themselves “Black Pampers” or wearing a wig of black hair are they? It’s both the dressing up in head to toe black PLUS calling yourself a name that clearly appropriates black culture that makes it unequivocally blackface.

He started out Marxist Libertarian, but look at the views he has expressed over recent years. They’re right wing. People do move along the spectrum- it’s actually an observed phenomenon that many left wing people end up right wing as they get older and thus more conservative. KJK has done so starting out in the Labour Party, but now I believe she is right wing and flirting with the far right.

AlisonDonut · 26/06/2022 11:03

So men in black who shout and attack women for speaking words they don't like, have the piss taken out of them for wearing black and shouting and attacking women at the next event that women want to speak at, and the person taking the piss out of the men in black, and the people laughing at the piss taken, should apologise for it?

But the men in black actually shouting and attacking women, that's absolutely ok and their rights to attack and shout at women are not in question.

As I said, I think in hindsight it was misguided. I don't think he was deliberately doing blackface, and it wasn't Posie or Mr Menno who coined the term Black Pampers so I guess he just wanted in on the universal mockery of the thuggish men in Manchester.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 11:05

Obviously. No one gives a fuck about men actually threatening women.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 11:06

KDK's supporters not recognising obvious blackface and laughing with Mr Menno isn't the gotcha you think it is.

Oh do tell me more about what I do and should think, random poster.

Well, regardless of politics she's a woman, isn't she? Other women have worn them, Julia Hartley Brewer has been pictured in one.

So some Adult Human Females are allowed to wear Adult Human Female t-shirts but not other Adult Human Females?

Is there a check list of which Adult Human Females are allowed to wear Adult Human Female T-shirts so that we can be assured that only pure Adult Human Female t-shirt wearers are Adult Human Female approved Adult Human Female t-shirt wearers.

Thanks in advance.

And again, right wing Adult Human Females have as much right to open their mouths and for words to come out of them as much as Left Wing Adult Human Females. Because it doesn't matter - they are still Adult Human Females.

Gosh some of you really hate some Adult Human Females don't you.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/06/2022 11:17

The "protestors" should apologise for being misogynistic bullying thugs menacing women and girls. But you don't seem so interested in that.

Well protests are intense events in which tempers flare with both sides shouting and being aggressive. I don’t condone any aggressive behaviour on either side and don’t think that all the TRA behaviour was ok. So apologies aren’t usually done between sides that got into screaming match at a protest. Maybe they should be, but no one seems to think that way. You protest, you scream, you get screamed at, you push and shove a bit, and you go home. Apologies usually happen if someone throws a milkshake or piss filled water ballon in your face.

But again, calling these TRAs “Black Pampers” after the Black Panthers and then donning blackface to be a “Black Pamper” is something the GC activists should apologise for. They were the ones who brought race into it. They were the ones who came up with an offensive and racist term for the TRAs in black clothing. And they were the ones who cheered on a blackface parody mocking both TRAs and the Black Panthers. That’s not normal protest activity.

No of course not. It's just women innit.

Did the TRA thugs apologise to Belstaffie, a well known feminist activist, when they threw a milkshake at the back of her neck at an unrelated protest, just because she is a gender critical feminist?
