Hi All, I've signed back up today, have 4 months and a stone to lose before I get married - seems like a long time but with Xmas in the middle I'm aiming to lose before and maintain after, or have a slow loss who knows.

After breakfast, lunch and 2 custard creams I still have 9 points left for evening meal tonight, made the WW Ultimate Macaroni Cheese for last nights dinner, was nice but not as comforting as real mac n cheese.

JoJo I keep a couple of tins of WW soup in my drawer at work, we have a tesco nearby so will nip out and grab a small fresh baked roll and have that with the soup for 6pts for lunch usually.

I've just joined today.. not done WW for about 10 years (when I was really too young to be dieting at all!). The app seems amazing so far.

I'm a vegetarian but eat mostly Quorn, which seems free or low points so that's good. I'm 10 weeks postpartum and have lost 39lb fairly easily.. looking to reach at least 50lb before my holiday to Florida in 6 weeks (where I'll probably put it all back on again!)

I reached goal in September, having gone from over 15 stone in January this year to 10 stone 13. Have lost a little more since - just over 10 1/2 stone now which is handy as I have a buffer for Christmas.

I've been delighted with the plan and am continuing to pay for gold membership so I can keep the app and keep track of things - I am DETERMINED never to go back there again.

It's all done with real food, which I like. I haven't bought a single WW product, apart from the odd magazine for the recipes.

I bought a size 12 skirt the other day. Was thrilled! And I pinched a pair of DD2's jeans and looked damn fine in them.

Wow well done, Lambbone! I’m hoping for a good loss on Monday as I’ve been tracking well. Although chanukah doughnuts and latkes might scupper it a bit!

I’m doing my final year project around weight loss and body satisfaction/self esteem and I need more participants who are partaking in a support group (weight watchers/slimming world etc) to help lose weight, it takes about 5-10 minutes and it is completely anonymous! Just click the “attempting to lose weight with support group”, Thanks in advance
