WW 2014 support/b*tch thread

Is there one of these already? I started WW online the day after Boxing Day which was the best or the worst idea I've ever had. I can't decide.
I have a lot of weight to loose and am finding it hard to get motivated, i have been sticking to my points, so thought I would start a support thread!

Time I've really gone off the taste of eggs on their own, annoyingly - since trying to eat more mindfully it seems I've become fussier!

I will definitely start counting protein as I'm sure I probably do get enough - being veggie though, everyone worries I don't eat enough protein.

Well done on the 7lb weight loss - amazing!

Thanks Trainers :) On the egg thing can you make scrambled egg or an omelette with cheese or veg in? I often fry up some frozen mushrooms and onion, then throw in some ham or chopped cherry tomatoes and finally drop my beaten eggs on top to make a kind of omelette frittata type thing.

I am still doing DP which at that point didn't have bonus points

How did you calculate them? Grin

I'm day two of simple start and I'm struggling with feeling hungry. I can't see where I'm going wrong. I had a jacket potato for lunch (around 12 o'clock) and by 3pm I was hungry again ! I'm have three decent meals but I'm having to top up with the allowed treats and more fruit.

Sorry Spotty- it's so long ago I can't remember the discovery plan.

Weigh in for me tonight and I've lost 2lb, doing regular counting rather than filling and healthy/ simple start. 16lb down in 10 weeks (including Christmas) so I'm rather chuffed.

I didn't read it as discovery plan Grin I get so used to the regular abbreviations on MN that I read it slightly differently!

I dare someone going to regular meetings to ask their leader (with best innocent face): "How many exercise points do I get for doing DP?" :o

I think I need to read the other pages that you guys go on. There is no talk of DP on the Style and Beauty boards- where do you all hang out?

Weekly weigh in and I lost another kilo. You're so right I shouldn't weigh myself in between it never ends well.
Time that's really interesting what you were saying about going over your points some days. I've been under all week, probably because I've been very strict on the no cakes but ill give it a go going over my points this weekend and see how I go.

Good going NewMe :)

Kosher I sniff around chat, AIBU and relationships. I don't think Style and Beauty would let me in tbh :o

X-posted Beach yay for weight loss! Do be aware I mean go over some days but then under others! Having said that if you lost weight you are doing something right. Wendy Planning was more for people who had been doing WW a while and were plateauing out even though they were sticking to their points.

Time that is a really good idea - for breakfast this morning I just had some seasoned sliced veggies with tofu stirred in - really delicious!

Was a bit more like a scramble than a frittata but still a good way to have some more protein.

I had these for dinner Cajun fish and cauliflower rice.

My pieces of fish were smaller, and I liked the sauce, so just made two pieces of fish for the full sauce, so including the oil it was 4pp. And I used spray for the "rice" so that was point free. I have no idea how she works out the rice as being 2pp per portion as the oil is 1pp and the lime juice works out as 0 for the amount used.

Anyway I am full from a 4pp dinner, which leaves more for booze and my blow out meal at the weekend!

Trainers had a veggie scramble this morning myself :)

Kosher I'm intrigued by the cauliflower rice idea as I've heard it mentioned before - thanks for recipe. Does anyone make courgette spaghetti? Another one of those low carb bases - think you just peel a courgette into ribbons and cook it for a minute or two in boiling water.

Fluffy good luck tomorrow :)

Really sore tummy tonight. Possibly too many veggies and too much wholemeal pasta at dinner. Pasta twice a week for me is not good. Once I can manage, twice seems to upset my stomach.

I've done courgette pasta which spag Bol sauce and was pleasantly surprised. It tasted nice and fresh, I think it's good with a strong sauce. It's a nice change.

I've tried spaghetti squash but can't find it anymore. It's a squash that you slice and then bake. You then get a fork and scrape it and seperate the flesh into spaghetti.
