Anyone else doing 30 day shred?

I heard lots about it and got the dvd. I'm on day 2 and can feel my muscles aching!
I'm trying to combine it with a diet too.

Is anyone else doing this/thinking of doing it?

Level 1 - Day 2 completed.

Still hate Jillian. Want to throw my dumbells at her. Sarcastic cow!

Run in the morning then shred tomorrow night (is it obvious i'm going on hols in August?)

also level one day 2, mate a much better go of it today and it felt easier, DH will be home tomorrow evening so I think he will do it too if we can find the space.

I like her, I need a certain level of bullying to carry one!

hi all. Ran tonight instead of Shredding - too nice an evening to be indoors in front of the TV!!

Feeling strong though, was a good run. Definitely think my shape is changing. I look sleeker.

Jillian makes me laugh.

Hello girlies....

I haven't been around for ages and to be honest I have fallen from grace well the exercise wagon!!!

Exams just got a little too important and the exercise went out the window but have finished now... Today is my last day of college an am going to start the 30 day shred dvd again... from the beginning and I know it is going to hurt

Have been really good with my eating... lots of healthy things so the weight that I lost has come back on.... so am hoping a bit of exercise will encourage the rest of it off! Also not weighing myself going to measure on old clothes that I haven't been able to get in to for ages...

Hope everyone else is doing okay...!

Hello all!

Great to see everyone is keeping the Shred up and new starters as well. I have had a terrible week...after finishing the 30 days last Friday I have only shredded twice due to catching a horrific cold. It's almost like my body was waiting until I had finished the 30 days and then decided to give up on me! Anyway, combined with alot of work functions I am feeling pretty poorly and porky so very keen to get back into it. Cross fingers I will be back at it this weekend.

People who are doing it again after the first 30 days - do you think better to start again completely and do each level 10 times or OK to mix it up? I want to start running again as well and think I could manage it after doing Level 1 a couple of times a week.

I have started again from level one but am only planning to do 7 days at each level. TBH I am finding level one a bit easy

oooh Trumpton you are hardcore! I would say I'm finding it easier second time round but definitely not easy.

Nice 2 day break from shred but back to it tonight.
So day 1 WO 1. Worked extra hard tonight and actually enjoyed it! Wondering if i will ever be able to do a proper push up! Sweating nicely now and legs feel shaky!
Haven't decided if i will work through 10 days on each level or mix it up.

Day 9 just done day 1 of level 2. I do like it. Was ready to move up as was getting little bored of level 1. Skimummy I am finding it easier to do a week on each level and will prob use the last week to mix it up a little.

Blimey - you lot sound as though you have all been doing really well.

Bought my 30 day Shred DVD today in HMV and am going to have a go tonight - I run every other day and swim too but it doesn;t seem to do anything for my upper body - I just get less of a bum which I could do without as am looking out of proportion so thought I would give it a go after seeing you guys raving on here.

Am actually quite excited - I want to get rid of my saggy arm and belly flab before I go on holiday in August.

need to lose 1 stone, 2 would be amazing, 3 - i'd just look odd.

Afraid not voteplease. Had a bad night. Some drunk bloke knocked on my door at 2.15am saying he was lost and scared could i phone police to come help him. Was awake until gone 4am worrying. Phoned police and they were going to send someone out but i never heard anything so no idea if he got help or not.

He was very apologetic and said he realised it must be frightening for me but please could i help him. I felt a bit sorry for him as his mates had all gone off without him. He was a builder from Cornwall and didn't know the area.

So tonight i can barely stay awake and can't wait to go to bed! No chance of me being able to find any energy to jump around lol!

hi everyone, can i join in? i started the shred few weeks ago and did it for 10 days then we went away and since we got back am finding it hard to get back into it. my question is can you do it 4-5 times a week or does it have to be every day? just with work and ds etc not always able to do every day. also i find doing same level 1 routine every day a bit repetitive but not sure if ready for level 2 yet. aaargh! feel bad as sounds like most of you do it every day and dont think i can!
