I heard lots about it and got the dvd. I'm on day 2 and can feel my muscles aching!
I'm trying to combine it with a diet too.

Is anyone else doing this/thinking of doing it?

Well am back to fit... I did my shred this morning before college!! I feel great.. have started from the beginning L1 day one and to my amazment I was able to keep up with Natalie instead of Anita (except pushups) I still ended up just as sweaty and loved every minute of it!

I missed it loads while I was ill...!!!

Clockspotter · 06/05/2010 13:31

Mmmm..star jumps are nono for me I have to say

vintage · 06/05/2010 14:26

hello is it ok if i join.? This is my second day at level 1 . I am loving it and it is not as hard as i thought it would be as it has quite a lot of Davinas moves on it but my legs are aching at the thigh bones. Those star jumps are a killer but managed to do them all except about 3 seconds . It aint easy when your holding your boobs with one hand, I will have to buy a good exercise bra

MiaWallace · 06/05/2010 15:12

Can I join too?

Just done day 1 level 1. Well almost anyway, didn't manage to do the last set of abs but will try harder tomorrow.

I'm getting married in 6.5 weeks and really need to shift some weight before then.

trumpton · 06/05/2010 17:07

trumpton · 06/05/2010 17:17

trumpton · 06/05/2010 17:54

And now I did it !! Still on level 2 but it is getting easier1

Tortoise · 06/05/2010 20:50

Welcome to new shreddies
I have to do my shred session tonight! I made cherry bakewells and they were so yummy i had to eat 2! I had thought about having tonight off because i have had some pain in one knee. Will take more notice of squat position tonight, make sure i am not putting knee over toes!

simmo39 · 06/05/2010 21:37

I am crap still haven't done it. My excuse - I got AF this morning and always suffer bad as I have endermetriosis. Hope to feel better tomorrow so that I can do it.
Go on hols in just over 2 weeks and would be nice to be a bit toned. I also want to lose another 6 lb by then too so thread can only help.
Well done everyone else, you are all doing fabulous! :O

Tortoise · 06/05/2010 21:53

Still not found the energy to exercise. Thought exercise was meant to give you more energy? I have been more tired the last few days.

Tortoise · 06/05/2010 22:40

Ok done it, day 8! Took me a while to get into it but i am glad i did it. Feel guilty if i miss a day now.

MiaWallace · 07/05/2010 06:54

I?m a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I managed to fall down the stairs yesterday.

After doing day 1 of level 1 I was walking down the stairs and my legs were a bit wobbly. Managed to take a right tumble and now not only have sore muscles but a bruised knee, hip and ego.

fustyarse · 07/05/2010 08:04

oh no Mia - are you ok? at least you have an excuse not to shred today

day 3 done for me - I'm aiming to do this every other day at least, more if I can manage

might go to the gym later too

twinkle183 · 07/05/2010 09:30

Morning, will be shredding later as I am off for an ickle treat... A full body massage and I can't wait!!

Also will be going to zumba later also... Fell really energized today...

omydarlin · 07/05/2010 10:20

Hello Simmo [wave emoticon] read back and see how long it took me to get started but it is so worth it - i promise !

Miawallace hope you ok - my legs were like that on day 2 and i remember feeling wobbly on the stairs it does get easier I promise that too !

Umm i did half a shred this morning as I ran out of time - will have to do start again and do some more tonight - glad its the weekend though as I always find it easier to fit in some serious shredding.

hope everyone ok - any results / nice comments etc to report??

Nolda · 07/05/2010 11:38

Hello, to the new shreddies.

Miawallace take care, I hope you will be back shredding soon.

Just completed day 6 level 1. My knees are a bit sore despite being careful not to get knees over toes. Maybe it's just old age . Exciting news is that I've just managed to get under 77kg for the first time in ... er a long time. I've been trying to lose weight for months and it just seems to yoyo between 77 and 79kg. Granted it wasn't by much but it's a real incentive for me to keep shredding. My shape has also changed a lot, even DH has noticed.

vintage · 07/05/2010 14:13

i have done day 3 level 1 but just below my knees are killing me but i went to the gym as well and did 30 minutes treadmill 10 minutes twirly handle thing and 30 minutes bike i am well chuffed

vintage · 07/05/2010 14:14

thanks for the sympathy ladies. The bruising looks pretty bad but I didn't let it stop me.

Just completed day 2 level 1. I noticed my joints weren't creaking so much today, I sounded like a rusty gate yesterday.

Have taken the (post-natal) plunge and just ordered this from Amazon. Can I join this thread once it arrives?
