Got weighed this morning, another 5lbs off. Thats 20lbs lost it three weeks . I feel fab!

No4, you can have bars from next week, and they are lovely. Keep with it. An extra tin of tuna is better than a whole bar of chocolate. I had some roast pork on Sunday, only a tiny amount, but I felt so much better after it.

5inthebed, that is absobloodylutely fantastic!! how much do you plan to lose? i have 4 stone to go but aiming for 3 at the very least.

i cannot face another soup packet so may just do porridge, shakes and bars from next week. i tipped a cup of soup down the drain a little while ago - just could not face it.

yes, i agree - rather an extra tin of tuna than 2 slices toast with cheese, 6 biscuits, slab of choc, wine, roast chicken soaked in gravy etc etc etc .

Ideally I need to lose over 5 stone, which would take me to 10 stone, but would be happy at 11 stone.

I'm not a fan of the shakes, they don't feel like I'm having anything to eat. I mixed half a pack of toffee and walnut with some plain porridge, it was yummy.

thanks! i should also be about 10st but would be delighted (and light!) at 11st.

i feel yuck today. slightly sick on my stomach, no appetite, headachy and an awful taste in my mouth.

the WI hopefully will lift my spirits.

4lb down!!!!!!!!!! that's 11lb in 2 weeks

but i feel really nauseous. i think it is a tummy bug starting rather than a CD side effect.

as i suspected. vomitting bug so i am at home today with no children (I childmind for a living so it is no wonder i have this bug!)

i feel awful and sore and VERY sorry for myself.

going to have some porridge (CD) and then back to bed.....

hope you're all feeling better than me!

i am almost up and about again. still feeling crap but not quite as bad as yesterday.

had some toast and chocolate yesterday and some corn flakes today. will start properly again tomorrow.

hello number four i read the threads and i am so happy for your weight loss . keep your chin up and if you have slipped up do not worry.

i think the anxiety attacks was stress related and not the diet i spoke to my doctor and he is pleased that i am the diet and thy it is working i am now back at 12 stones 7 lbs so i have lost the 2lbs that i had gained and i pigged out trust me i was sop low and having all the depression but i think that was because i was not eating regualarly.

what i done is in the morning i have a huge fruit salad and then i have a bar mid day and i drink 2 cups of hot choc while i Am out to keep me going then at around 3 o'clock i have my meal with lots of veg and drink lots then in the eveling i have my shake to keep me through the night. the wii fit says that if i eat my main meal in the afternoon then my body will have time to burn it up rather than late as it then can get stored.

so i am back on track hoping to reach my goal of 12 stones 5lbs on Saturday.

Don't worry about it No4, you're not meant to do CD when you're poorly anyway, so hopefully it wouldn't have affected you . Good luck starting tomorrow

kurves, i hope you start to feel better soon. good on you for seeing the doc.

i still feel so awful. still sickly on my tummy, very very tired and no energy whatsoever. i will have one child to look after tomorrow but i just know that DH is going to expect me to be up and about 100% again. and i really feel i cannot. how long is this supposed to last?? at the very least the being sick and diarrhoea (sp???) hs stopped.

If I were you, I'd not CD until I was feeling better. You need more calories when poorly. Call your CDC tomorrow and ask her.

it sounds like you have the nuro virus and it is awful you need to eat to get your engery levels up call the counclior and it should last for around 3 days.

yes, i think that it is the norovirus, too. i have had headaches and very bad aches and pains all over. i am lots better today but very very tired.

i have CD'ed today and my counsellor suggested a green and white meal. thing is, i have hardly any appetite at all. good thing, i suppose!

i have had 2 shakes today, and may have a normalish meal later. not sure.

oh well, hopefully by the end of the weekend it will be all over.

i think i may have a lovely cheesey omelette for supper. that may help settle my tummy a bit! and the cheese is a no no but better than DH's whopping family size pizza!!!

hi guys its me again did a total mess up yesturday again i had severe cravings i wenyt all out on a muffin toffie and then a pannie which they had at uni then my group that i was working with suggested that we go out to dinner which i did and totally pigged out and you know what guys i feel good because i had fun so i am back on today and i am not going to weigh my self just going to get on with it . i decided that what i am doing is obsessing about this when i should just be takeing each day as it comes so thats it . I feel really heavy today but good. i got sakes for 3 days left so i will go and see my counclior on monday then i guess i will weigh and see how i have done . i am cool at the momment just need to focus on all the work i have to do for uni and i guess that wil take my mind off junk.

kurves, it sounds like you had a brilliant day!! and the right attitude to round it off!

i am STILL not feeling great. so i had a roll with ham and cheese this morning. and coffee with milk. i might do shakes the rest of the day, maybe not. depends on how i feel.

5, i cannot remember when your WI is again? afraid it has all been about me me me since Tuesday

have a good weekend everyone ..... i have tons of paperwork to do and DH has offered to take DS out for the day.

Number four you will be ok the fact that you eating and holding the food down is a good sign so you seem to be on the mend and what you will find out is that if have gained anything that it will be a tiny amount.

i have not been hungry at all today its ten past four and just haveing my dinner and i have not had any shakes yet well i guess i have been so busy that food has not been my obsessing so i will start as i mean to carry on.

the past couple weeks has been really stressful but i am over that now so happy at last.

haveing a wonderful dinner
grilled salmon sweet potato
and vegetables and a shake for desert. yummy

Naughty girls No4 and Kurves! Back on the diets tomorrow you two!

My Wi is the same day as yours, Tuesday. I get weighed in the morning though.

Really suffered last night, I'm an emotional eater, and had a bit of a rough day. Could have done with filling my face, and did have a tiny bit of mince pie that I'd made the kids for tea. Hopefully it hasn't affected my weight loss.

GIRLS I HAVE BEEN SO BAD. i really have worked woutr why i eat which is a good thing. I will start again tomorrow i spoke to my counselor and i go to collect my shakes in the morning and yes i have put all the weight back on but not bothered just got to brush my self off and go on . but i am mid cycle and feel really bloated and very tired. so girls i am starting again i will let you know my start weight again tom and this time i mean to stick to it please do not get fed up of me i have a very stressful lifestyle. i was under so much financial pressure lately i feel that is why i was having the panic attacks but i am OK now and its all started so i am in a better place mentally to properly do this i find that when i am stressed i eat so now i know that i can do it now i feel so much better but fat i can Defoe feel that i have put the weight on but it will be a thing of the past.

for all you who have read this thank you for letting me rant.

kurves, it is such a difficult thing to lose weight. most of us fatties eat not because we are hungry but for a million other reasons. i envy people who lose their appetite when they are upset!!! i only lost mine when I have a tummy bug!!

i know it is easier said than done, but don't beat yourself up about it.

just start again tomorrow the way I had to start again today!!

this if the first day since Tuesday that I am actually really feeling okay. at last! and the sun is almost out so that is a good thing too.

hi, there, 5inthebed, Yes just about in the swing of things again. just made some toast for the little ones now and boy, I could have a piece too!

But yesterday was not bad at all and I hope to be 100% today. So far so good! ha ha ha

I have moved my WI to Friday mornings because it is more convenient for me. So no WI tomorrow.
