OK, new thread for 2010!

My aim is to have lost 2 stone by my Birthday on April 6th! Booking a weeks family holiday for that week and want to feel and look better!

So, weigh in Friday? I always find weekends harder so that would be a good day for me.

Smalline mmm roast dinner soup sounds interesting.
I normally do carrot, onion and leek or leek and potato. Sometime spicy butternut squash. Carrot and coriander is nice as well.

Oh dear furball. You can get back on track though. I know you can Smile. Portion sizes are a good start. Do you use that free site? Food focus or something? Might help you.
And exercise helps of course. I am really finding the 30 day shred good and can't believe i have nearly done 60 days of it (with a few days off in between Grin).

Finished 2nd round of shred tonight Grin So thought i would post my results here to motivate you Smile.

Thigh - 1/2 inch off
Waist - 2 and a 1/2 inches off!! Grin
Upper - arm Zero Sad
Hips - 3 inches Grin

Will weigh in tomorrow. Probably gained or stayed the same!

Excellent Tortiose!

I'm off on holiday today. I hope I'm sensible and we plan to do lots of cycling as we are taking the bikes.

I'm planning to meet up with some friends in the near future that I haven't seen since I was 8 stone, (13 years ago) so I'm going to have to try extra hard and THINK before I eat which should help motivate me.

I'm back!

and somehow 4 lbs lighter Confused - ate 3 cooked meals a day and couldn't eat anymore but we were very active, so maybe that was it?

Will have to wait for the scales to see if it's paying off

Running 3 times a week and Monday we went for a 10 mile bike ride - which I hope to do on the 2 weekdays I don't run BUT winter will soon be here, so I may just be a fair weather girl.

Went out to a friends last night who was under stict instruction not to feed me! ended up stuffing my face with..........carrots and cucumber so no harm done Grin

How is everyone else?

Well I'm very jealous of you twoEnvy, managing to lose weight/stay the same whilst on holidayEnvy, but I take my hat off to youSmile.

I was very naughty whilst you were away, while the cats away the mouse playedGrin couldn't face weighing myself last week, so I thought I would be very good this week but haven't beenBlush.

Going away tomorrow, back on Monday when I will restart my healthy eating with renewed vigour, will report my weight loss/gain next week Friday.

mine was just luck smalline as I literally ate 3 cooked meals a day and most weren't exactly healthy.

Just luck for me too! Grin Probably ate less overall even though we had Burger King twice, Pizza one night and chips on the beach.

I am 11st 8 1/4 this week
(11 st 9 3/4 last week, didn't bother about the 3/4!!)

So lost 1 & 1/2lb Grin See why i needed to mention the 3/4 lb on last weeks weight? Other wise would have lost less than a lb! Grin

lost another 1 lb - hard work this week (as is every week!)

my ds isn't back at school til Tuesday, so hoping to go back to running in the morning. the evenings are killing me, I've run out of energy by then.

saying that - I'm off out this morning, but feel lethargic as me insomnia meant I was up at 5am. - me thinks I'm good with excuses!!

I'm now back to 12st 4.5lbs so I've got to lose 6.5lbs to be back at my best weight so far this year (11st 12lbs)Blush.

Tortoise I would advise you to get back to shredding as soon as possible, the longer you leave it the harder it is to start, and you'll be undoing all your hard work, you know that now you have started, you have got to keep if up for the rest of your life don't youGrin.

How are you doing Furball? won't be long before you'll be weighing less than meWink.

Hello smalline - thought you were off doing a 'me' as I hadn't seen you for a few weeks.

I'm still running - got up to 20mins non stop and next go will be 25mins. I now have a buddy to motivate me force me to go.

I am Angry with myself. Slipping back into old ways Sad. Eating chocolate too often and will no doubt have gained weight by Friday Sad. And i still haven't shredded.

Oh dear, I know that feeling Tortoise chocolate is soooo yummy and soooo addictiveGrin, I suggest that you get it out of your system, but then plan a day (say Monday) when you will stop eating chocolate ensuring that there is no more in the house, then get back to your normal sensible eating & shreddingGrin.

I did yesterday and I was still 12 stone 10. Not making much effort food wise, but I am running for 25+ mins 3 times a week!

Feel really slim Hmm until I have to do up my trouser button Grin

Ooops forgot to weigh in last week!
I am 11st 9lbs this week. Seem to be stuck at the same weight (glad not gaining loads though!).
Still not got back into shredding. I want to though. Just need to push myself to get back to it!
