OK, new thread for 2010!

My aim is to have lost 2 stone by my Birthday on April 6th! Booking a weeks family holiday for that week and want to feel and look better!

So, weigh in Friday? I always find weekends harder so that would be a good day for me.

Smalline mmm roast dinner soup sounds interesting.
I normally do carrot, onion and leek or leek and potato. Sometime spicy butternut squash. Carrot and coriander is nice as well.

I am on day 2 of workout 3 and my god it is a killer!! My knees are protesting a little. Only 9 days to go then i can take measurements! Better be a change lol!

Oh I forgot to mention, I bought some jeggings whilst on holiday back in April, I wouldn't wear them though because I had an overhang at the top, which didn't look very nice at all, anyway I was wearing them with pride yesterday, no overhang whatsoever.

Hi & welcome disiretochange we are a friendly little bunch, basically doing our own thing trying to lose weight, posting our weight loss or in my case weight gain once a week usually Friday.

Will weigh myself and post tomorrow.

I put on 1lb last week so am back to 12st 6lbs, hardly surprising, didn't do much walking as I had planned to, only exercised twice in the week, homemade ice-cream, chocolate fudge cake, and alcohol in the evening didn't help, but back to normal this week, will report back on Friday

Hi small

I had a good week. Am now 11st 13lbs Finally under 12st!

Am on day 26 of the 30 day shred today. Will do measurements when i have done day 30.

Had a few people asking if i had lost weight this week . Made me feel more positive.

Just looked up my BMI and i am now 24.4. Then it says This result shows that you are a healthy weight for your height and sex. I was in the overweight section.
So very very pleased!

Whoop Whoop fantastic news Tortoise well done you! hope you are not going to leave us now that you are no longer a Lardy Lady.

I lost 1.5 lbs this week so am now 12st 4.5 lbs, I shredded twice this week level 3 followed by level 2, then level 3 followed by level 1 yesterday, couldn't do the rock star jumps yesterday as my premenstrual boobs couldn't take it.

I think 11st would be good. But will aim for 11 1/2 first!

Hi ya ladies and big welcome to desiretochange -- sorry I've been a bit rubbish about getting on here recently.

I'm back down to 13stone 7lbs - just need to get down into the 12 stonies with you ladies now.

I can't exercise for a while as I've got pneumonia! so will have to be super-good with the food to keep the weight loss going.

Well done Tortoise for getting into the healthy range... that's a really great acheivment.

Well done to Small too - it's brilliant that you're doing so well.

Had 2 day break from shred. Started back at day 1 last night.

I lost half a pound this week taking me to 12st 4lbs, was hoping for more but AF came on Thursday so hopefully, I will have a better result next week.

Would you believe that I still have one lb to go until I reach my pre-holiday weight back in April, having said that, the trousers I am wearing now, were fitted/bordering on tight back in April but are loose now. Just goes to show, it isn't necessarily the amount of lbs we have lost but the amount of inches, if you get my drift.

Super result Tortoise, only 1/4 lb to go to your first stone.

Have been shredding as well this week, I'm going to try and shred 30 days on the trot, started yesterday, only 28 more days to go, I love level 2, best one of the 3 imho.

I put on a lb last week (forgot to post friday).
Having a bad start to this week plus time of the month! Had to have our rabbit put to sleep Sunday night.

Will try and have a better rest of the week!
