Nope!

Had snow, and DH late at work the twice I had earmarked for my run, and yesterday morning was floored by a panic attack so was running late and the zumba class had started when I got there, so I couldn't face going in. Was going to go to a different class last night, but DH had to work...

Have cut back on the booze and crisps, but seem to have replaced a fair amount of them with chocolate

I have to go to the GP tomorrow to have a lump removed from my leg (it is a mutant skin tag), but DSis (who is a nurse) has sowed seeds of doubt about something I was already a bit twitchy about. So I'm not coping well with anything ATM

I'm so sorry Ria about the lump. Wishing you lots of luck for tomorrow and will be thnking of you. It's not wonder dieting isn't on your mind. Please let us know how you get on.

thanks mels. Am currently filling in the time before my appointment.

I know it's not serious as it is only a skin tag, but I last showed it to the GP last May, and it is bigger now, so my Dsis said a)is the GP qualified to remove it?, and b) it will probably be too big for her to do it in surgery anyway and I'll have to be referred to hospital, so more waiting. If I do get it done I'll be feeling very sorry for myself later as the wound will rub on my trousers. In a way I would have preferred hospital because it's more anonymous

medicinal bottle of wine tonight!

have a good day guys

BTW, Dsis works in theatre (only minor ops nowadays - she used to specialise in eye surgery - yuk!), so she feels qualified to comment!

Hi Ria! How's the lump (or should that be ex-lump?)?! Hope you are feeling not too bad and Dr RGP strongly recommends a bottle of Vino de Sympathy tonight!!

I do feel like a broken record but i'm deffo starting again on Monday.

PS - Loving the fact that we finally have a confused emoticon!
