Brek- bowl F&F with skimmed milk
Lunch . A huge plate of veg lasange, fish pie, noodles, fish curry, rice, veg spring rolls....loads!
2x glasses of Pimms
1 glass orange juice
Tea- Bread and Houmous, cherries and grapes.
So bad day BUT resisted B'day cake, ice-cream, Champers and alll sorts of other naughtys!
Weighed myself this mrorning and 12lbs 2oz so 3 POUNDS OFF! Hurrah! Will do proper weigh in tomorrow (once todays food has taken affect).
Dog, Only me and you still doing this???? Where is everyone else? Eating choc and stuff I reckon
