I took my first 0.25 dose on Friday evening, I really struggle with overeating on a weekend and I’d heard the dose can wear off towards the end of the week so I thought best to have my hardest time at the start of the dose.
Day 1 felt sick and didn’t fancy anything at all.
Day 2 felt bit sick still
Day 3 feel fine and appetite is back a bit and I fancy things although I’m managing not to overeat.
Averaging about 1400 cals a day, which over a weekend was phenomenal. Wouldn’t even bother tracking them usually.
exercising a lot at the moment so I’ll be trying my best to balance my cals, enough to fuel my running but low enough to still lose weight!
