I have decided to try and push for some loss before Christmas but have a lot of evenings out so it won’t be easy. Then try to maintain over Christmas itself.

I am having a mare today, went into town with no breakfast as was in a rush and then ordered a shakshuka as was starving and it gave me a terrible stomach ache after 3 bites 😱
