Will walk today with bf, and we're staying away at weekend so will swim too. However I planned on being back running now but I'm just too tired every day, and I need to be less tired to start that as otherwise I'll get sick and I want to avoid that at all costs!

I’m having my bikini wax today for trip away. Had a tattoo yesterday so not sure why I’ve become such a glutton for punishment. I’m away for work for 2 weeks and it is going to be 40 degrees 😭

life yes it was last weekend and I got into the dress!! It was a great day. Need to lose some weight now for surgery on my leg, the lighter I am the better. Am a tiny bit 1-2 kg over weight so would hope to get into middle of BMI before surgery in Sept

I'm creeping towards 12st 13lbs now, need to get back out of the habit of stepping up on the scales though

Have had a terrible time with my new phone l have lost all my log ins and passwords hence not been on MN l miss you all too !
Anyway had to get the old laptop out tonight to sort out some insurance
and logged on to post here as well , my log ins on my laptop are working as normal but l am so used to just getting on my phone it is a real chore to get the laptop out

I didn't pick up my injection today, should have taken it on Monday, going to wait until next Monday. Funny fact myself & bf weigh the same now except he's taller than me & lean where's I'm pear/apple shaped & 5' 2" so I'm far from lean yet

If I am not he same weight as DH I am doing well. We are almost the same height so it isn't as bad as it sounds.

gen I am so pleased that you made it into the dress. I know things like that shouldn't matter but they do. Well for me at least.

mrs I have come off the main thread because I can't remember who everyone is and what they are up to. We can suffer memory loss together.

I am still running and went dancing last night...De la Soul. It was fun. I ache in places I didn't know could. I recommend going to a concert for the exercise.

I realised at the weekend I'm not the same weight as him yet he's just under 12st, I'm just under 13st

Gp did bloods on my request and referred me to private endocrinologist hopefully that appointment will come sooner rather than later

I didn't even complete one day on mfp feels like another job

I’ve signed up for a PT program for 12 weeks. Expensive but it’s the only thing that’s worked for me before.

happier that is really odd, maybe they’re like those magic jeans that anyone can wear and they fit them? The ones you see on QVC?? You must have lost inches with that weight loss!
I am a bit discouraged as have had a good week, stuck to calories, 12,000+ steps a day, 4 gym workouts and cut out booze almost completely (drank one night at a party, didn’t go mad) and I am exactly the same weight. 😰
body is obviously going to be stubborn.

gen they fit better and I no longer need a belt but I'd no overhang with them& they're not magic jeans.

Your body is getting used to the workouts and it'll show up next week, I used to find I'd have a two week delay for exercise weight loss to show, when my body was behaving normally!
