My friend told me it's available without prescription in Canada but I checked and it's more expensive so I won't be purchasing.

Good morning everyone 😊
Beautiful weather, life is so much nicer in the warm 😊
Am ok 😊 keeping the faith 😊
Happier l don't know what l have to do to get Ozempic here tbh with you it seems like a miracle drug with few side effects l wish l could get it here.
Very hit and miss re how well you are supported in the UK 🙄
Life you will drop the chocolate soon enough it's just a choccy phase😊
Hope everyone is ok 😊

Happierwithouthim · 19/06/2023 11:35

MrsMad It's a valuable drug alright, they are a few companies online that supply in the uk, and some you do have consultations with a gp so it would seem they are reputable. I wouldn't take it without being monitored though.

My current side effect is that I didn't go to the toilet for days and I'd a bloated tummy while I was shopping for my holidays, luckily I went this morning and feeling much better for that.

I'll weigh before I go away but it looks like 2lbs loss

Happier that's brilliant news well done 👏👏👏DH has worried my guts out about his eyes this past week and l have had a few glitches in the scoffing but nothing terrible. Just have to move on , at least he is ok that's the main thing 😊

Happierwithouthim · 08/07/2023 15:11

How's everyone?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 10/07/2023 08:51

Good. Lost 3 lb of bloat first week. Half a measly lb last week and put it back in at the weekend
However feeling less bloated and can see a small difference

How are you post holidays?

Happierwithouthim · 11/07/2023 11:44

I'm good, possibly the first time ever I've gone on holidays and not put on weight, waiting until Friday to check scales but I feel like I lost something. Bf lost about half a stone. He's slim anyway

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 11/07/2023 11:59

I fell off last night as emotional eating. Back on it today but craving crisps.

Well done on not gaining on holiday

Happierwithouthim · 12/07/2023 07:59

I ate crisps yesterday and didn't even know about you craving them.

I also had a jam & cream doughnut at 9pm last night but no dinner, I was out at a meeting & then had to go to a funeral, so was out of the house for 3 hours last night & I just couldn't be bothered with dinner.

Saw 12st 13.75lbs on scales this morning Grin

I'm going to start tracking my meals with mfp from next Monday, I've 5 months left on my prescription of Ozempic, I want to make it count!

Happierwithouthim · 14/07/2023 15:32

My runners are out of the box to get back to running Smile

I have been mia l'm afraid, l had to get new phone 😱
OMG l hate getting a new phone everything goes wrong 😪
Anyway with the help of my Dd2 l am getting there but l am realising how hard technology is to deal with when you are getting older .
Hope everyone is ok must apologise for not being here .
That weight loss is excellent well done @Happierwithouthim
Been thinking about joining SW again Hmm
just thinking Grin
Hope everyone is fine Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/07/2023 17:50

Well done happier
I'm making decent choices but this week has been tough so no tracking and less gym but that's ok

Unescorted · 16/07/2023 20:47

I have been MIA....

Happier - well done for both the weight loss and the running shoes.
Mrs - use what ever your trigger to start is. Everyone has a different one

I have been doing less gym and more running while the weather has been warmer and it is light in the morning.

It has been such a year - I am really proud of myself.

Happierwithouthim · 16/07/2023 22:50

Unescorted** well done you on the hard work you've put in this year

MrsMad would going to SW make you feel like you're doing something for you after so long caring for Mum & Bob?

Life that's good isn't it?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 17/07/2023 13:47

Yes all good

Happierwithouthim · 17/07/2023 14:27

I started back on mfp today as I had said I would!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/07/2023 06:13

Well done.
I had a rubbish day food wise but went to the gym and walked loads.

Happierwithouthim · 18/07/2023 07:44

I couldn't walk due to bikini wax! and next Mon I've a zoom so can't go then either, I intended cutting my grass too but it's too wet so it'll be a big job again when I eventually get to do it Angry

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/07/2023 10:02

Ouch on all counts 🤣

Happierwithouthim · 18/07/2023 10:30
Grin I watched a few episodes of Emmerdale curled up under a blanket on the couch & then lost the remote, so tv can't be used until it's found Hmm

Unescorted · 18/07/2023 20:40

I had a wax once. And only once. After that experience I found shortie bikinis and lost all my fucks.

Spread wildflower seeds over your lawn and you can avoid mowing for most of the year... Just once before it dies back for winter.

I have a cold brewing and it has been pissy wet. So I have been having a rest couple of days.

Happierwithouthim · 18/07/2023 22:08

There was about 20 years between my first and second bikini wax Wink

I will possibly do wildflower seed on remaining half of field, I cut the "lawn" part today, it needs filling, it's very bumpy but it's done! Also did a partial grooming of the dog.

Mfp didn't get filled out today, maybe I'll complete it tomorrow.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/07/2023 06:15

I let the bush go free. And that's more than you ever wanted to know......

No doing so well otherwise with food and gym. Tired
