mrs I’m so glad your mum is enjoying the home. I hope you get some time to yourself now, you deserve it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/02/2023 07:24

I seen to have fluked a spot in the impossible to book class this morning so best get into-gear
no weight loss at all here hovering at 137/138 all week but do feel better.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/02/2023 07:24

And considering yesterday was a rubbish day

TheNewlmprovedMrsMadEvans · 04/02/2023 09:11

Thank you Gen ☺️
l am trying to relax a bit now after living on my adrenaline and crap food for the past 6 months 🙄🤗
So to eat breakfast and change the habit of a lifetime, l don't think so .
Life that's brilliant you got that slot hope you really enjoyed it 🤗

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/02/2023 11:53

It was good yes
I’m coming to the conclusion that sadist is an essential criteria in the instructors job description at this gym

Unescorted · 04/02/2023 12:35

That is what is putting me off classes. I feel I would burst into tears at the back.

Today's gym trip was so lovely... Lots of "no, no, no.... After you. I can use that over there instead" going on. If gym day falls on a weekend I am going to go early for the vibe. After work it is full of people taking out the bitterness & disappointment of a bad day.

I have just weighed in at guilt free Easter Egg. I suspect it will be a couple of weeks before it is consistently there... But until dinner time I am not overweight.

Happierwithouthim · 04/02/2023 18:42

Eggcelent news StarGrin

It's taken about 4 weeks for me to see 13-13 which is 14lbs down but it's there yesterday & today Smile

TheNewlmprovedMrsMadEvans · 04/02/2023 18:52

Talking about Eggs l was only allowed to buy 1 X box of 6 free range eggs from Morrisons yesterday 😱

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/02/2023 19:48

Cracking news unescorted
well done happier

bloody asod here, though haven’t tracked well today

Unescorted · 04/02/2023 22:31

happier that is good going.

mrs local Morrisons used the egg shelf space for something else last week. It doesn't look as if they think they are coming back any time soon.

....hmmmm ASOD? I am wracking my brain & can't make anything fit. Can you please put me out of my misery.

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/02/2023 08:01

Asshole scales of doom

It had Me thinking too Unescorted 😂
Wow the bird flu is really hitting hard . I will have to look elsewhere for them .
Have a good day everyone 😊

Gensola · 05/02/2023 09:18

Waitrose seem to have eggs reliably - the Clarendon and duchy eggs don’t seem to have been as badly hit. They are £££ but I eat eggs every day so I pay it!

I haven’t weighed, need to face the music.

Food hasn’t been bad actually but I’ve been flat out at work so no time for exercise. Sigh.

will do a nice walk with DH today then head down preparing for interview. Super busy week at work this week too.

TheNewlmprovedMrsMadEvans · 05/02/2023 09:30

Gen l don't go to Waitrose much these days but l used to buy those eggs for Bob from Tesco he used to love them .
Thanks for reminding me if l need some eggs l can get them from there ☺️.
Have a lovely walk with your DH Gen 😊

Thanks life I had a set of those for most of late Jan and last week. Soooo frustrating.

I saving my Easter Egg for later in the year when I will be more certain that I won't fall into bad nom nom habits again. I am now going to try for my happy to be here weight range. 65-70kg. It is not that much more.

The January gym joiners seem to have mostly given up.... Another blissfully quite day in the gym.

Farm gate eggs are our go to at the moment. The egg section in Morrisons was taken up by crunchy nut cornflakes and full fat coke today. Tucked up between sugar and flour. I am going to check each time I go in.... It might be a new display each week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 05/02/2023 19:21

i struggle with Sunday as there is always pudding and I can’t track dinner.
guess it’s only 1 day.
the pudding sets off a sweet binge so I’m going to have to start turning it down

Unescorted · 05/02/2023 19:57

Sugar is really difficult isn't it. I have to stay away from sweet things or I end up eating all of it. I have no off switch. But if I don't start eating it then I don't miss it & am quite happy to have other people eating it around me. The issue is when they won't take no for an answer.... "Are you sure you won't have a slice" triggers my internal monologue. "You are absolutely right I so want some, but decided it would be so much more enjoyable to get you to beg me to eat it. I only mentioned my desire to lose weight to throw you off the scent so I could have a double bingo score of a passive aggressive "well if I must". Are you hard of thinking.... No means no in all circumstances"

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/02/2023 07:01

Something similar would happen with me,

Monday bloat day

Happierwithouthim · 06/02/2023 09:05

Ye are my people. Bought sweets for dc having a sleepover & it's a bank holiday weekend here. Over the course of the weekend I've had vienetta, chocolate, biscuits etc. Today is reset day.

My ozempic weight loss has started again, tomorrow is official weigh in day but in 3 months I've lost 17lbs or gone from 209lbs to 192lbs.

Nice one happier.

I have been doing some reading up on improving gut health off the back of the Zoe blue muffin thing that keeps appearing in all my timelines. I am going to have to make a more concerted effort to eat more fibre. How I am going to achieve this is beyond me... I already eat my own body weight in oats, vegetables, nuts, pulses.
Apologies I keep telling you all about my dodgy digestion.

lifelongfrugaleer · 06/02/2023 18:48

25+ g a day is recommended isn’t it? Soluble and non soluble

great going happier

ok good day but no gym, just couldn’t make it work sadly 🙁

Unescorted · 06/02/2023 20:30
