Welcome to all newbies
Great thread very encouraging and kind
@Benjispruce4 glad you're not suffering too much with the Covid
Isn't it funny how we all have different things that throw us off?
For you it's being at home, for me I'm better at home! Cos I can more easily control the environment, it's when I'm out and about I struggle!
@TheRealHousewife swim again today plus a little walk. I'm much slower walking but I get there in the end google maps said 10mins took me 25 mins will give you an idea but I'm lapping the me that had her fat arse sat watching Netflix and eating double caramel magnums!
@CrimsonAlligator mindful eating sounds interesting to me headspace?
Wow stats
Start weight 13 stone 6.5 lbs I think
Current weight 13 stone 3.25 lbs
That's 1lb down on last week
2.25 lbs down over the month
I'm taking that and running with it!
Will do measurements tomorrow
Ooh muffins! Now there's an idea. Could work for breakfasts and pack ups
@milkfromthesleepycow 7.9lbs off is amazing! And well done on the nsv too
@LightningStar no need to be embarrassed they're super common. I have ocd and anxiety and get them all the time grounding helps breathing exercises don't!
How was Asda? And that's also an AMAZING Weight loss you're close to 2.5 stone off? Fantastic
Could the stomach pain be anxiety related?
Is it possible I'm unintentionally IF ing? Never have breakfast or very rarely! Often don't eat anything until 2/3 pm and usually don't eat after around 1/2am
And if so maybe I should try it properly but I don't know how
But it’s sunny in my soul! 😎
Love this! I'm stealing that
B - cornflakes - rare for me to have breakfast
L - half avocado on 2 slices toast
D - low cal pasta ready meal
Bad on water today need to rectify that
@Newmum110 I've around 4 stone to lose and others on thread who may have less to lose now in some cases started with a lot to lose so don't worry about that at all
A stone in one month is very ambitious. That's 3-4lbs every week. Generally the advice is 1-2lbs a week is more achievable plus you're more likely to keep it off
Realistic goals that you achieve will motivate and encourage you whereas if you aim too high and don't manage it you could feel demotivated
