Welcome to the thread @Recycledblonde.
- Firstly I’d break my goal down into smaller more achievable goals.
- Then you need to identify your needs per day to maintain, then knock 500 cals off. That deficit should average about 1lb a week loss.
- Next which lifestyle changes your prepared to make. Such as reduce sugar/alcohol (empty calories).
- Add in a bit of exercise, such as walking etc.
- Read our threads as they contain loads of tips and inspiration.
Let us know how you get on. Good luck.
Sorry to hear about your son being bullied @8stone13. That must be difficult for you both. Although reading your post you have it in hand.
@marmilade92 well done on making the best of what sounds a tough day.
@peppermintteas awesome loss so far. 👍👏 Exercise will certainly turbo charge further loss.
@PopcornFiend well done on your 3rd night alcohol free 👍👏 that will certainly make a difference to your health, well being and weight loss!
@Allotment123 I think it’s important to get cravings under control by not have simple carbs, sugars & alcohol. You’ll have a tough couple of days after which when they are out of your system you’ll feel great!
@Raspberry12 your meal looks tasty 😋
@justjuggling well done on closing your kitchen. It definitely helps to curb night time mindless snacking. As does getting showered and teeth brushed 😬
@melissasummerfield tasty menu you got there!
@Chattycatty well done on getting your walk in even if it was raining. Keep going lovie, remember why you started this lifestyle change, how you want to feel, how you want to look. Day by day, meal by meal you can transform.
@Rshard Thank you. They’ve agree the refund but still to receive it. I’ll be watching and waiting.
I might give the Earl Grey a whirl @FireworkParrot 👍
Anyone know what @Ojiji posted?
Posted a pic of my chicken and veg tray bake. Drizzle homemade honey & mustard sauce on it. About a tablespoon, not much at all.
Chat tomorrow and well done ladies, you’re doing great 👍. This time next week at least another 1lb could be gone!
