@Morningmaeve how do you feel at 9st? Do you feel comfortable, and clothes fit nicely? If so, maybe stick to 9st (ish) and keep an eye on the scales so the weight doesn't creep up.
@Teaand can you get yourself back on track this week?
@Knittingnanny have a lovely, lovey day!
@Sooverthemill Poor you and DD, it does sound like a difficult time. If focusing on the healthy eating is making you feel bad, give yourself a break.
Equally, after having been on the white food diet for weeks I know it makes me feel rubbish not getting the right nutrients, and I then crave sugar because I'm fatigued/wanting comfort (in the form of cake). I am now looking forward to eating fresh fruit and veg (in small measures). How about getting in fruit that's easy to snack on like banana's, grapes, apples etc? Or having boiled eggs, or other types of protein to eat quickly? Omelettes/scrambled eggs are my go to when I'm struggling with a flare up
I have picked up some anti-nausea meds so I'm hoping to feel better on that front this week. I slept most of yesterday and am feeling wiped/heavily sedated today, the anti-nausea meds can cause drowsiness so I am sure it is this. Will decrease dose if I need to
I am eating a little better now, not calories counting but trying to use up what I have in and stick to minimally processed.
Today:
B - greek yoghurt and blackberries with mixed nuts, flaxseeds & honey
L - rice and dhal (from freezer)
S - grapes
D - tbc
On another note, I have an interview tomorrow (low key informal chat) for only 20mins. For those of you around a few months ago, you'll remember I was a nervous wreck and blabbered through my last interview. I KNOW I can interview well so am trying to remain calm. So far I am not feeling nervous at all.
How are you getting on @BlodwinTheThird
