Happy June everyone. Here is the new thread. Not sure what my aims are this month, mainly to try and get on a more even keel. I'm up from the start of May 9st5.25 this morning. Hope everyone is still enjoying the good weather.

9 St.... That's 4.75 up on 48h ago SadSad Basically ate all the food yesterday. Very annoying. But I'm here, showing up and ready to do better today. The shame is crap isn't it? Anyway. Water water water. Three meals. Won't get to walk as an early night more important. Have a good day all and well done Octopus on a good food day yesterday!

Meh. 75.1kg, down 100g but still over 75. I'm a bit irritated with myself because it hasn't been a perfect week on calorie target, but I didn't think my indulgent moments were that bad across the week in total.

I guess it just goes to show I've reached a finely balanced point where much over calories and I don't lose any more. I'm still very happy with what I've lost so far, but I'm still 8kg overweight vs the upper limit of the range for my height, and I really wanted to get to the low 70s in the end. It feels like the slog just got tougher.

I wonder if you're all about due on? So weird that everyone's weight is off and so demotivating. 🤞Things will be better tomorrow. Our scales are out of battery so I haven't weighed myself once while I've been dieting and am now reluctant to do so in case I don't like what they say.

Yesterday I went well over.
B. Ono (surprisingly calorific)
L. Egg and bacon bagel (I was really hungry)
S. Banana, iced coffee
D. 2 cocktails and Pan Asian tapas which was absolutely lovely
I'd guess that totals at about 2000- 2500 but it's a bit impossible to put into mfp
Steps 10,000
It was lovely to be out in central London again.

@HeyGirlHeyBoy that will be water weight, dont worry it will come off. Think periods and water retention can make a massive difference. @MakkaPakkas glad you enjoyed being in Central London, its amazing to be able to get out and about again.

I tend to find that I pay for a bad week, a week or two later, and any loss probably comes from efforts a week or two before. Like, it's cumulative? Not instant feedback if that makes sense. So don't lose hope.

I'm not due on but weirdly feel as if I am pre menstrual. There was an eclipse today - I'm going to blame everything on that Wink

Odd food today - had a can of mackerel late afternoon when I got a protein craving then ds elected to make himself noodles today and I couldn't be bothered to cook properly for one so I had a can of beans and sausages found in the cupboard with some cottage cheese stirred in. So protein and fibre at least Confused and only about 700cals plus a small glass of wine so about 800.

Might have some tinned pineapple on a meringue nest with the juice poured over shortly for more fibre. I seem to be all about the random canned goods today.

I'm going to blame my deep emotional need for chocolate on the eclipse too @TheHoneyBadger. I've been really tempted to comfort eat all day
B. Slice of toast with pb &j
L. Cheese and marmite sandwich, watermelon
S. Apple, plum, chocolate marshmallow bar
D. Bolognese, small amount of spaghetti, slice of garlic bread, serving of salad & a few olives. Strawberries and a scoop of ice cream for pudding
That's 1700 calories
I'm going to end up with about 12000 steps

I had the pineapple concoction and it was good. I forgot how filling and satisfying pineapple is and not many calories as it's canned in juice rather than syrup or any added sugar.

So my calories in are ok - calories out on the naff side as so sticky today and I didn't do much. Think I'll end up having burned just under 1800 so definitely over 500 cal deficit fwiw (the scales just don't like me I've decided - or maybe the approaching eclipse made them inaccurate lately Wink ).

Hope everyone is doing ok.

Love cheese and marmite - preferably in a toastie or on a crumpet though Smile

9st3.75 today, this morning. Had a can of cider last night as went round to see some friends. Had the munchies after (age old problem for me) and just ate a bit piece of melon when I got home. For me thats quite a triumph as I could have easily gone to the chip shop on the way home. Hope everyone has a good day.

Scales down to 13:7.2 today which is a bit closer to where they should be but quite a way from my lowest. They were showing 13:9 something for a few days which alarmed me.

Going to try and have a good day today as tomorrow I'm going to my friends house for dinner and there will be drinks too. Must try and get to the gym tonight or tomorrow.

Work today so that should keep me moving.

Well done Octopus, that will be my inspiration for the day. Good choices are everything and everyone counts! Down to 8st13. 25 now so hopefully another few will drop over next few days. Will get some steps in today and over the weekend so that will help my mindset also. Happy Friday all! A friend is sending a make your own pizza pack to us later so I will enjoy and it's decent stuff at least.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do for food today. I'll be out at lunchtime at an exhibition and my daughter is back from a week long field trip this afternoon.
I'll take an apple with me when I go out today to combat munchies

My being good didn't pan out.

Today I've had 2 huge slices of pizza and half a portion of very fried curly fries and the remaining pineapple and meringue nest. Also 2 x g&ts. Whatever!

I'm not doing great at this weight loss business lately but staying on board the bus.

I started the week with a clean slate after being off diet for a good while. However, we were unfortunately sent a a huge cookie cake thing on Monday and couldn't resist a slice, and more on Tuesday 🙄

Anyway, been mostly good.

B coffee
L banana, rivita (at my desk, no time for proper lunch)
D big chicken salad with Moroccan couscous
S homemade chocolate bun (lush), strawberries, grapes

Not had much of an appetite last few days which is very rare!

Weighed 10st5 on Monday. Target is 9st 12 which is where I was maintaining and happy ( although I do think 10st is perhaps nicer on my face....and dh prefers me at 10st, my boobs start to go when I'm into the 9s 😁)

Calories today just under 1800. Steps 14000.
Not brilliant but I did have two delicious pints of peroni and I think my maintenance is 2000 so still under.
Tomorrow I'll be going for a BBQ so will aim for lots of salad and lean meat.

Another one who's liking the idea of cookie cake. Lets just say I ate stodge yesterday, wasn't planned not enough sleep. Steps reasonable. Off to see a friend in Reading today, so wont be a good day food wise, going to TGI's for lunch, but will probably clock up quite a lot of steps.

So I've weighed today after starting again - apparently I've lost 4lb since Monday 😁 I think it's safe to say I was carrying a bit of bloat & water from being off plan for a few weeks.

So 10st2 this morning with BMI 21.5 and body fat 27.5% if my Renpho scales are to be believed!

Would like to see 10st by end of next week. Feeling motivated 💪🏻

I’ve ended up staying the same with an upwards fluctuation in between. Keep feeling like I’m stuck.

Having dinner and drinks at a friends tonight but off to the gym now and will be walking to and from friends house so hopefully it offsets.

Liposuction is starting to look tempting 🙈
