The bacon sandwich was lush.
Crappy day as have to drag ever thing to work. Freezer tea tonight, non track day but walking to and from work and around town gives me 11700 steps

Not2bObvious · 06/05/2021 18:13

We had M&S individual flatbread pizza here, very well received.
Having a wine, not a hard week but a bit challenging so enjoying a glass and a decompress

Sounds delicious Not & Life Smile M&S pizza are delicious l buy them in the meal deal 2 for 10 with 2 sides as well , delicious!
I had my curry and some popadoms they are low cal and very nice , so all good Smile

Not2bObvious · 06/05/2021 21:09

Glad we've all had nice food today. I've overspent on my cals but nothing shocking, hopefully maintenance. If I could get a similar day tomorrow I'd be thrilled. Got to keep trying at least.

Way way over and 1lb up. Back on track today but as been upmsince stupid o clock with stress will be hard.

Not2bObvious · 07/05/2021 07:24

If you were way over, it's a pound of flux. You poor thing being up so early, I hope the stress lifts and it's a better day than you think it'll beThanks
Did my sneaky bad scales position weigh, still in the range I'd been seeing but the lower end (163) That keeps me calm'ish. I should be busy this morning and then hope to do les Mills before lunch.

lost you all temporarily!

I saw the leg surgeon yesterday, he has advised me to have the upper/outer thighs and hips treated ASAP as the lipoedema is worsening there fast. He thinks he will be able to take a lot from those areas in two day operations in late May, then we can review the lower legs once the uppers have started to heal. He said my lower legs are affected but much less badly, and it may be better to wait a few years and see if they worsen before going through surgery on them as the surgery is obvs painful and a risk in itself.
I am so excited for this! I hope for a 6ish pound loss from the surgery, but it can take time as you swell up in the first instance.

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/05/2021 09:40

Great news about surgery gen. Obviously not about it spreading fast

Not2bObvious · 07/05/2021 11:12

That's great news about the surgery gen, roll on late May!
Going to take an early lunch to get my weights done, I'm not too excited but I know I'll be pleased when it's done. Might try something different off YouTube🤔

Gen wonderful news about the surgery! My friend has it badly , she has seen a specialist in the US about it l will see what they have recommended for her and post it for you to see Flowers
Not l love your sneaky bad scales position weigh in Smile
Life hope you are feeling better now lovely, stress is so debilitating Flowers
Food has been ok THANK GOD!

Mrsmadevans · 07/05/2021 20:49

Gen Friend has said that her doctor ordered therapeutic lymph massage. She is required to have three months of this minimum at least or the surgeon will not do the first surgery. She also has to wear compression stockings . She says we don't know how lucky we are over here with our NHS .

Not2bObvious · 08/05/2021 06:36

Morning all. Utterly rotten day already here, lashing rain and howling wind.
Kept my calories to just a shade over 1900 last night, no choc/no crisps/no excessive alcohol. Very pleased to start the weekend fresh and not guilty.

Great going not.
Let's not speak of yesterday here

Not2bObvious · 08/05/2021 08:36

Thanks life, nice to wake up with no food regret. Be great if tonight was similar, hope today is better for you - reset time

mrs oh bless you, that’s so kind! I will have to wear compression stockings after surgery for 7 days night and day, but then I can wind it down to as needed. I’ve been recommended MLD massage for after to help the fluid drain away and swimming plus, weirdly, drinking a lot of water!
I can’t wait to get the dates, I didn’t hear back from the surgeon on Friday so I guess it will be Monday now. Keen to get it all booked in!
In meantime I’m going to try and eat as healthy as possible for the next few weeks and cut back on booze etc just so I’m in good shape for surgery.

Ahh it's nothing Gen that is a great plan ! Smile Interesting they want her to do Therapeutic lymph massage before surgery but l think hers is very advanced tbh, she is the wrong side of fifty and has only just realised she has it because she was overweight. Poor thing is so worried about it.
Mrsmadevans · 08/05/2021 14:26

Been okish today , only just got in from MumBobs and done a few things up town top ranking Smile
Being busy is the name of the game!
No worries Life you will be fine give it a little time and it will come Flowers

Not2bObvious · 08/05/2021 15:21

Rain lifted and got out for a walk, just over 7,300 so only 1,700 to go to hit minimum. And that will do me. Avoiding takeaways this weekend or at least that's the plan for now

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 08/05/2021 18:51

Just under 1900 cals, don't know if I can leave it there for the night. But I've finished my wine & that's what usually drives the munchies. We shall see how it goes. Still short of steps....sigh

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 08/05/2021 19:31

Oh Not l hope you keep the munchies in their place Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/05/2021 21:35

Total self destruction here, eating my feelings
Going to track from tomorrow and do steps. Can face weigh

Not2bObvious · 09/05/2021 09:31

Ate no more last night and decided to go for a walk after dinner for an hour so got over 14,500 by the end of the day. No weigh in here either life, sorry you're feeling that way. My good behaviour was driven by bad temper & hormones yesterday so I could have quite easily eaten lots. The fact I didn't want to be around the family meant I lost access to food so every cloud eh? Just had breakfast now, trying to decide if I want a biccie to finish off🤔

Gensola · 09/05/2021 13:16

Got my dates - 19 and 26 May. Excited and terrified! Going to stop all booze and sugar etc for next 10 days in preparation.

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/05/2021 13:26

Oooo how exciting gen
