Am okish here busy so it helps no end Smile

Not2bObvious · 09/05/2021 17:05

Delighted for you gen, great to have an incentive to be all healthy.
So much for a day of rest mrs, but if it's helping then it's good.
Did 50 min body pump, skipped core and cool down and did a big walk. Got my 9,000. Had wine with Sunday roast but back on the tea now. Of course it's early yet, there could be junk coming later!

not that sounds like a great balanced day! I’m making a veggie lasagne for dinner - just have another billion exams to mark first 😖

Not2bObvious · 09/05/2021 19:51

Closing the kitchen (grudgingly!) By my estimates I've overeaten this week by 600 cals, as opposed to 1800-2000 in the previous weeks. So might see some movement next week. Certainly my wine/choc/crisp consumption has been reduced quite a bit. As I've said before, I wish I could bottle this mindset when I can check myself before I wreck myself. Putting some meals in mfp in advance of the week. Subject to changes of course.
Poor you gen working on the weekend, occupational hazard I guess.

Morning all.
Fresh start today, reset my happy scales with today's weigh (164.6) which is around 2lb less than my last fresh start in March. Well, you have to keep trying one way or other, giving up is not an option. Have a mini break booked for the first weekend in June so that's 25 days away. Might get to 163.6 going by my success rate😂

Day 1 of eating healthy and fasting Grin trying to hold off on breakfast until 10/11 and have something small, maybe a Greek yoghurt or an egg. Lunch at work, will pick out the healthiest bits I can. Dinner tonight is a homemade haddock and prawn fish pie with leeks, broccoli and cabbage.
I am too busy to exercise much atm but hope to get back on the bike on Wednesday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/05/2021 10:48

Reset day here too

Not2bObvious · 10/05/2021 11:27

Great, so that's 3 of us on day 1. Let's give it a give shot, it's the magic diet start Monday.
Got my 9,000 from walkie talkies as chained to house for work & deliveries until big child gets home after 4pm. Had a protein shake with fruit for elevenses and a light baby bel. Nearly 30gr protein and some fibre too. Should keep me going til lunch nicely

Great news re the lockdown , can't wait to be able to get some semblance of normality back for us all at last Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/05/2021 19:03

That's me done food wise for today. Pleased with that.
In have no events until my birthday beginning of June and moving house takeout

Not2bObvious · 10/05/2021 20:28

Good day by the sounds of it ladies!
Kitchen closed, 130 or so left behind. Just over 14,300 so good enough for a Monday. Busy but long day iykwim, looking forward to watching motherland at 9pm, I'd normally go to bed and be phone watching but I think I'll stay up, wild behaviour of a Monday 😂

Gensola · 10/05/2021 21:47

Food was on track today, had a hot chocolate as my end of day treat which I guess is better than a bottle of wine 😂
Steps 12,451 - will try to get this up a bit in the next week or so, I imagine after surgery next Weds I won’t be moving much for a bit.

Not2bObvious · 11/05/2021 08:43

12,000+ steps is excellent gen as is having a hot choc instead of vino.
Up early for workout & jog/walk. Down a bit, so that's nice. Had a shower, had brekkie, now having a cuppa before I start work. Got my 9,000 - so hoping to get another 2-3,000 over the course of the day

Disappointment at yesterday steps considered in walked across town to the hair dresser. Only 9500

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2021 09:06

Better than nowt life, ooh nice to go to the hairdresser though. I'm going to colour my own once more since I got a delivery & depending on how that goes I'll probably be back to hairdresser next month. Need to go for a trim regardless. I'm a bit scared to get reliant on them again in case they close, sorry for being negative but my mind isn't too positive these days. Any who.
Sts today, boo. I've had 5 days of decent behaviour, am I not skinny yet???

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2021 09:44

Ha if only it was that easy. Bet you are due a woosh though. I was hopefully for half a stone of hair. Not happening though

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2021 16:00

Only 7,000 and the smallest amount of energy or umpf to get another 2,000 - let alone the 6/7,000 I should do. Bit of a headache and buzzing in the ear, bit discombobulated. Lasagne for dinner & I can't wait!
They could shave my head and I'd be lucky not to gain with my luck😂

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2021 18:13

Take it easy then not

Manage 10k today but God I'm hungry. Got dinner to. Go

Mrsmadevans · 12/05/2021 18:18

Anyway been ok so far not brilliant but getting there l think!
Not hope your headache and buzzing in the ear has gone! Flowers
Great amount of steps imho Life hope you love your hairdo Smile

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2021 19:44

Self medicated with a good amount of ice-cream, didn't even weigh it, pure rebel here.
Glad you're doing ok mrs, thanks for the well wishes. I think my head/ears are blood pressure related, need to calm down (kids, family, life...) Bit sore after yesterday's weights, it was pretty tough in hindsight. I'm no Arnie that's for sure!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2021 20:22

Guest mated dinner and currently 98 under so stopping for today.

Medical ice cream doesn't count

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2021 20:23

Baby steps mrs

Not2bObvious · 12/05/2021 20:36

I knew you'd approve of medicinal ice-cream dr life 😉 Good for you leaving 98 behind, I'm pleased I left a couple of hundred behind over the last couple of days. Should cover my medicine

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 12/05/2021 21:49

Obviously my medical qualifications came from Dr Internet so they are totally legitimate. Better to treat and heal than not and go off on one
I picked at DD dinner so probably broken even.
