Apologies if I don't chat much at the moment, I am reading, but just posting at the moment is good for accountability & saves time!

Not2bObvious · 01/08/2021 20:20

What does not starting look like life? Is there a middle ground? Very sorry to hear you're still having house issues, I can't imagine the stress.
It's lovely to have other voices north - post as little or as much as you like, no explanation needed. I'm a terrible chatter having very little outside chatting available, my worlds pretty small these days

It’s fine north
Hum good question: not starting means spending time just doing some things but it setting myself up to fail, heading rapidly to the stone on mark and need to stop

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/08/2021 20:25

Also I have an interview next week and nothing fits

Not2bObvious · 01/08/2021 20:41

Buy an outfit that's comfortable for a start I'd say - don't let physical discomfort hinder your chances. Or if you don't want the job, cancel the interview - I had to do that for financial reasons, job sounded good, salary did not and wasn't likely to for some time if ever. I think you're in a bit of a loop, here's your sister...

Might just get something from Sainsbury’s.
gonna go to 1600 no macros and drop sugar

Not2bObvious · 01/08/2021 21:53

Good plan, take it handy enough, no heroics needed.
I've eaten 2 days worth of calories today, I wouldn't even class it as a binge, just grazing and badly timed meals leading to extra meals. It's done now, can't fix it

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 02/08/2021 06:57

Badly times meals are a real issue at messsing up plans and extra calorie intake. As you say done now

Not2bObvious · 02/08/2021 09:44

As I thought scales up, a jump of 2lb on Fridays weight. To be fair, that's not awful for a Monday - it's just that I'm in my upper end of weight. BH here and have family over for lunch, so not back to normal until tomorrow. But, I'll make an effort not to go mad. Going to do a short weights session and treadmill, then zip around doing a power house clean. This does involve me getting up but I've a little while yet to drink tea and relax😬

mrs enjoy - I read it a while ago and really enjoyed it! I am sure everywhere you go people just think how lovely you are.
Sounds like a good exercise plan, not

life I agree re interview - can you get something that fits and you feel good in? I did this for FIL funeral, new not too expensive dress but comfortable and well cut so I felt more confident meeting the vultures —who hate me— Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/08/2021 18:24

Mrsmadevans · 02/08/2021 20:30

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2021 07:51

I'm delicate today, drank more than I ate at the family lunch. Ate and drank already so no weigh in for me. Lots of work to do in a bit but for now more tea & toast

Hope the grogginess dissipates Not
Am off to MumBobs have a lovely day everyone 😊

Not2bObvious · 03/08/2021 12:33

Have managed to get 6000 steps from shop walk & 30 mins on the treadmill. I'm now trapped in my shed as its bucketting down, house isn't that far away but in my state I'll probably drown in the rain!
It's going to be a mega carby day

Mrsmadevans · 03/08/2021 22:36

Not our forecast is , after tomorrow, rain for the next 5 days 🙄🤣

Not2bObvious · 04/08/2021 10:49

Something similar here mrs, nice and bright this morning but much cooler the last week or so.
Fasting til lunchtime, will get a workout & shower in first and get part 2 weigh in done.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 04/08/2021 13:33

Love me a part 2 weigh in, I know it's cheaty but when you're humour isn't so closely linked to the SOD, you do what's necessary. Back to 165'ish from 168'ish on Monday. Got weights, jog & walk done. Just over 9,500 and fasted until 1pm. Managed to squeeze in a bit of work too😉
