oh ffs i keep falling off this thread.
so. in the last few weeks i've had to isolate for a bit, had a bit of what i think may have been a mild tummy bug and have managed to consistently get my weight down to 77.5kg as a maximum. which is good.
i'm being more careful with what i eat, and am not joining the dc with their snacks. i have for the most part gone no alcohol again. although yesterday i had a few glasses of bubble as it was dads birthday and will have some again on Friday as it's my wedding anniversary and we're going out for lunch.
because of the heat i'm managing to drink loads of water i think i managed around 3litres yesterday which is loads but didnt feel it was excessive if that makes sense.
today i've had a quarter of a small brioche bun (dd ate the rest - i had a huge bite went to get something from the kitchen and came back and she had her thieving little mitts all over it....) and just had a nature valley bar. leftover salad fritata and fruit for lunch. then something light for dinner. it is too hot herefor anything else.
