life I bet she isn’t - she refuses to drink anything when she is eating so I think she basically survives on a cup of tea three or four times a day. I’ve never seen her drinking water.
She has a GP appt on Thursday, I hope they can help.
I promised myself I’d do an hour on bike each day but think I might have to split it up today into two 30 min slots. Not sure I can face an hour!
Food was good yesterday except for when I got absolutely starving in car on way back from town and ate a handful of Haribo then when we got in crackers and butter. Not very low carb 😳 I need to get some healthy snacks to ward off the hunger rage.

Dragged myself up & did 40 mins body pump and and 45 min walk, good start. Going to try fast til 12, we'll see.
I think 2 x 30 mins is a great idea gen
Steps are a good place to start life, it'll all come

Have now completed my second bike ride. I am so sweaty it’s unreal.
Food today has been good, did have a small icecream at lunch but fasted til 12 and lunch was a chicken and roast veg salad. I sent DH to the shop and forgot to add the ingredients for today’s dinner. Alas.

Fasted til after 1pm, had dinner for lunch and a sandwich for early dinner. Also had ice cream. On 1400 and nearly 15,000 steps. It's likely I'll eat more as very early & still hungry. The ice cream was an awful waste of cals, grrr

Well done on your body workouts and cycling and steps Not , Life & Gen l have gone to my Dd2 house and cleaned her kitchen for her from while Dh did the garden for her, that is the sum total of my exercise Grin
We also popped to IKEA for a cool down Grin
Food is still not bad tbf Smile

I did have a tub of ice cream at IKEA and l agree it was an utter waste of calories, very sweet and not at all what it used to be like but l ate it to cool me down , l didn't have a flake though Grin

I've flossed/brushed my teeth to signal the end of eating, a shade over 1500 cals in so not bad.

oh ffs i keep falling off this thread.

so. in the last few weeks i've had to isolate for a bit, had a bit of what i think may have been a mild tummy bug and have managed to consistently get my weight down to 77.5kg as a maximum. which is good.

i'm being more careful with what i eat, and am not joining the dc with their snacks. i have for the most part gone no alcohol again. although yesterday i had a few glasses of bubble as it was dads birthday and will have some again on Friday as it's my wedding anniversary and we're going out for lunch.

because of the heat i'm managing to drink loads of water i think i managed around 3litres yesterday which is loads but didnt feel it was excessive if that makes sense.

today i've had a quarter of a small brioche bun (dd ate the rest - i had a huge bite went to get something from the kitchen and came back and she had her thieving little mitts all over it....) and just had a nature valley bar. leftover salad fritata and fruit for lunch. then something light for dinner. it is too hot herefor anything else.

Hope you're feeling much better em, congrats on the weight loss and all the good behaviour.
I'm aching after yesterday's weights, legs are leaden. Scales down a bit but did take a bit of SOD repositioning for that - how realistic the number was is debatable but it put me in better mood. What was meant to be a brisk walk before work ended up as a leaden legged trek. On 8,000 between that and walk to shops. It's something. I think I'll try body pump again in the morning, got to push through

I have been ok today busy so it's much easier l know , l got up in the night as my leg was killing me, so l took some tablets and it eased it , l know if could lose a bit of weight l would feel better re my leg /back though l really need to get down to it Hmm

As if my body needed any more reasons to retain weight, yeah the weights wouldn't have helped. Up a pound today but it's expected after a meal out last night. Going to drag myself up & out for pre work walk while it's marginally cooler.

We had people over last night for dinner - thus wine and pudding happened.
Did a 30 min spin this morning and almost died. Going to try to do 30 min later.

77.8 today - but to be expected. period is due on and i drank so much water yesterday...

as long as i can keep it at the 77 mark (or lower) i'll be happy.

not many steps today - walked to the coop before work and around the shop to get some bits and bobs - mostly fruit and veg. and will take a walk to the pet shop later (i ran out of biscuits for cat face - she has wet food so its not a massive issue is i dont go).

Ouch mrs, bloody back problems, the gift that keeps on giving.
Over calories today, maintenance yesterday, decent deficit Monday & Tuesday. Away for the weekend, back to diet depression come Sunday. Best get a handle on this or start buying bigger clothes 🤷‍♀️

You poor thing life, I think pain is doubly hard in the heat. My EP is suffering dreadfully with pain, I think the humidity doesn't help either.
Scales is up again, I didn't even register the exact number - was 164'ish Wednesday, 165'ish yesterday, 166'ish today. I know it's bloat, logically I know. But it's cracking me up, especially with going away today. You know when people say they lost the weight & realised that wasn't what made them unhappy? Well my flab is doing a remarkable job of masking whatever my true issue is. Pain in the face

Happier never heard of these tablets till now so l had a look , l can't see what is in them that they are being so cautious for . I thought it would have caffeine in but none as far as l can see. TMI l know but Coffee makes me wee a lot Smile
