11400 steps and 1450 calories. Bit peckish but will try and resist
1/2 a stone to shift

Not2bObvious · 29/06/2021 22:12

Good day by the sounds of it there life
Bang on 1800 cals, very hungry today. 15,000 steps so that's decent. Out for dinner tomorrow so I'll have to be restrained during the day. Might try skip breakfast, a nice milky coffee would help. I'm my third go round of trying to lose my first half stone so I'll keep you company😉 162.6 this morning so 3.6 to go to hit first target.

Down today by bloat so that’s good

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/06/2021 06:46

I have 3. 3 to get to half stone as yesterday must have been a spike

Not2bObvious · 30/06/2021 07:18

That was some spike, glad it's gone. Had a spike of .8 here which sucks but is hardly an unusual occurrence. Onward we go

Hope one of the readings was an anomaly and it’s not today’s Grin

Gensola · 30/06/2021 10:13

lost you all for a bit, end of term madness here with exam marking and reports.
How is everyone?
I am now 62kg, a number I haven't seen in a while so only 3kg to go to my first goal of 59kg. There has been a lot of leaving drinks etc so I am pleased that I have lost a bit despite a lot of wine.
I have a leavers dinner tonight, it's all socially distanced in pre-arranged groups of six so am going despite some worries about cases rising.

I have been upping my steps quite consistently, but need to get some proper strength training and spin in regularly.

Not2bObvious · 30/06/2021 17:03

That's great gen, how are your legs, recovered completely? I hope you have a lovely night out, life has to go on.
Steps are rubbish here, dinner out shortly but what a busy day. Ate feck all so at least I can enjoy my food.

Come in around 1500 calories and 10600 steps. Guessed dinner as can’t find on Mfp but is close enough

Mrsmadevans · 30/06/2021 21:04

Gen that is brilliant re your weight , how are your legs when you compare them to the previous pictures. Are you happy with them ?
I am guessing you are very happy Smile l hope so anyway Flowers
Life that sounds like a great day to me! Smile
Not at least you can have a god feed tonight Smile
Happier excellent news re your Covid vaccination Yay! Smile
Have been exhausted today, am afraid we had a pizza. l just couldn't be bothered Hmm
Onward & Upward tomorrow Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/06/2021 21:12

Hey gen. you sound on good form
How you feeling after stabby jabby happier?
Enjoy dinner and draw a line not

Gensola · 30/06/2021 21:51

mrs I can't believe the difference, I can fit into jeans two sizes smaller even though I have only lost 2kg/4lbs. All my clothes sit better and the legs themselves feel soo much less swollen and painful, it's amazing. I haven't even had all the surgeries I have been recommended yet, ideally I would be having two more on inner thigh/knee of each leg but I have to wait for next round of IVF first.
We had a nice night, not as boozy as it might have been (would it be wrong to have a nightcap?!)
Have missed you all! Flowers

Not2bObvious · 01/07/2021 07:55

That's incredible gen, chuffed for you.
Down .6 despite meal out, it was delicious- had to add to mfp shortly. Had no snacks afterwards so might just be within cals. Absolutely knackered today, but I'll brighten up after some breakfast

Ok day, steps just over 10,000 and food just under 1600. Busy day which helped, lots of running around even though steps aren't that high. Hoping to see a drop tomorrow, might have to do a two part weigh in😂

Mrsmadevans · 01/07/2021 21:46

That is amazing Gen l am so happy for you 😃👏❤️
Not that's a very good day , especially food wise , it's remarkable how keeping busy helps with the food 😃
Have not been very successful in the food department today 🙄
Nevertheless I will keep trying tomorrow 😃

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/07/2021 06:54

Gen thats brilliant.
Great day not

Me neither mrs but we can reset
Did get near 16k steps though

Happierwithouthim · 02/07/2021 07:31

Not great after stabby jabby nauseous for 36 hours, sore throat since and extreme tiredness so very little gone done in house but maybe this weekend now.

Gen that's excellent after surgery a whole new wardrobe opening up to you!

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/07/2021 08:37

Sorry to hear that happier. Rest is definitely best then

Not2bObvious · 02/07/2021 12:26

Down to the 161's again, average loss is at .8 so far in Happy Scale. Improving a bit.
Sorry you had some side effects happier, hope you feel much better over the next day or two. Sad that indoor dining put off here, very negative news constantly- hard on the head

Not good for you digging deep l know how hard it is Flowers
Life 16 k steps is amazing! l hope your head is better now. l think it's the air pressure tbh, l know that might sound nuts but it's very sticky here & it always makes my head bad Flowers

Not2bObvious · 02/07/2021 20:39

I have to say mrs, I do not know how you do so much caring for your EP's, you're a saint. My EP is over for his bi monthly overnight and that's enough. I do two visits a week as well, shopping, bills and that but I find it hard.
Had something upsetting earlier, very first world but I just want to cry the whole time. I wish I could just go to bed

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/07/2021 08:07

Ah not. Here to talk if you need it
My head is better today but we had thunderstorms last night
Also stress. I’m finding Thursday and Friday very hard as I’m tired and running out of food. Might need a wed shop and reset

Not2bObvious · 03/07/2021 08:27

Thanks life, I'm feeling a bit better this morning or at least going to fake it til I make it. Rubbish sleep due to wine, I should know better. Haven't weighed yet, did eat a lot of junk last night so it probably won't be great. Oh well, just get through today and I'll be fine by tomorrow. That's good you've realised about the shopping, maybe a midweek nice food shop will help, getting something enjoyable to distract? Stress is so horrible, I've really felt it this week too.
