I didn't track at all yesterday. MFP keeps playing pampers adverts at me.

Today is roast beef dinner so will get lots of veg

Happy move weekend happier.

Mrsmadevans · 27/06/2021 08:12

Good morning everyone 😊
Sounds as if we are all managing as best we can given all our differing circumstances 😊
Life do they know something you don't re the Pamper ads 🤣
Todays roast beef sounds as delicious as your curry last night , Enjoy! 😋
Not really enjoyed the Chinese thank you 😃. Tell me about money it's just impossible ATM , everything has gone up it seems. Even my electric and gas is much more 🙄
Petrol 124 per litre , even after looking for the cheapest it stinks 😤
Happier good neighbours are worth 50k on a house price in my humble opinion 😊👏it's getting there 😃👍
Off to MumBobs now have a lovely day everyone 😊

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 08:21

These were my old neighbours but I've already had a free craft item off lady I bought new home frame from to welcome me to neighbourhood and lots of offers of help.

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 08:30

Was expecting a gain due to last nights pasta but scales dropped by 0.9 to 190.2lbs Grin

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 08:30

Life WinkWinkWink**

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 08:31

Roast sounds nice but would involve shopping Hmm might just take a chicken fillet out!

Not2bObvious · 27/06/2021 09:02

That's a nice drop for a Sunday - another dresses weigh in but it's not giving me the news I'd like so might wait until later after weights/jog to try again, all excess fluids will have sweated off me after that. Weather is meant to be decent so back garden bbq style meal, lots of salad and protein.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/06/2021 09:17

Ha God no! Pampers are waaaayyy off there. Though I'm apple shaped and carry my fat on my time so currently look 6 months gone.

Mrsmadevans · 27/06/2021 09:20

Weather here is vile drab drab drab . I would rather a goo old downpour than this 🙄
Sounds great re the weight drop and your new neighbourhood Happier 😊
Weighing after sounds a good idea Not am sure it will work 😊👏
Off to MumBobs 😊

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 09:54

We've a lovely day here mrsmadevans
Hopefully yours will improve
I was delighted after pasta heavy meal

Not2bObvious · 27/06/2021 14:02

Didn't do weights but did a good long walk - up .4 on yesterday so that's grand. Just over 7,000 steps, it'll just be pottering around the house to get the rest. Sunny here, looking forward to late lunch and vino in the garden😊

Happierwithouthim · 27/06/2021 21:01

I'm at 9786 so will get 10k again today, my face is sun kissed from last bit of clear out at old house.

Vino sounds good life

Not2bObvious · 27/06/2021 22:29

After adding in my food today, I've managed on average to stay to just under 1800 calories, which is my daily cals, so hurrah! A week on track for once. Of course that's assuming my tracking is ok, I suppose I'll know next week

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 27/06/2021 22:42

I think I'm the vino drinker happier but I might have missed something, and I can say I enjoyed a lovely few glasses in the sun. My freckles are close to joining up!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 28/06/2021 02:38

Sorry not Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/06/2021 06:47

‘Tis definitely not with the vino.
Great going you two this week
Wish I had your motivation

Not2bObvious · 28/06/2021 10:15

Sadly it's always me with the wine...
No weigh today, too busy this morning and missed my planned weights session so it'll have to be tomorrow now. Just trying to stick to planned food, that's a bit improvement for me I've found - that and nothing treaty til the evening. Had gotten too fond of crisps with a sambo, mid afternoon biccies.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/06/2021 20:04

No weight today attempting tracking and guessed dinner
Still 134 left and 16200 steps
That will do

Not2bObvious · 28/06/2021 21:27

I think Monday weigh in's are always a bit rough on the head, if there was a day to miss that's the one.
Just over 14,000 and a bit under 1600

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 29/06/2021 06:32

137 fml right that’s it more effort needed

Not2bObvious · 29/06/2021 08:35

Weights and jog done - weighed in after all that and 1.8 less than last Tuesday so that's nice. 7,500 steps done, that'll help as I've a busy enough morning ahead. Work stuff, school stuff, more work stuff - family stuff!

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 29/06/2021 13:24

Not2bObvious · 29/06/2021 14:13

It looks like everyone thinks you're the vino drinker not me life, sorry about thatBlush
I'm in a real mood after all my running around, had to have a buttered crumpet and felt hangry.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 29/06/2021 14:44

Scales jumped up massively yesterday Saturdays pasta I guess but back down to 190.9 this morning

Just got Covid vaccine 💉 now

Exercise is moving stuff at the moment, hopefully I'll get into it next week

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/06/2021 16:19

I can live with that not. 9800 steps but will walk doggy later. Food will be around 1600 I think
