Nice view

Not2bObvious · 20/06/2021 10:11

Yeah, really enjoyed it. Going to head home in a couple of hours, back to reality. Have ate and drank a lot, it's going to be a very lean week to try claw back some ground. It was worth it though, no regrets

We had roast beef yesterday. Need new Yorkie tin thought

Not2bObvious · 21/06/2021 07:55

What one did you get life, if you don't mind me asking. I'd heard the Pfizer one is worse after second go. Mind yourself and get plenty of fluidsThanks
Back on a track of sorts but no scales for a day or two, no need to frighten myself too much and risk temper tantrums. Fair amount of work to do so that'll help matters. Plenty of healthy food in, and happy to eat it. A weekend of carbs has me feeling bloaty

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2021 08:56

I had AZ.
Can't even finish a cuppa as tastes bleurgh. Toast and jam for breakfast

Not2bObvious · 21/06/2021 12:26

Ah crap, that would irk me, I love my tea!
Got work and walks done so far. Lunch at 1pm if I can hold on for it

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2021 13:32

Yes, hasn't dulled my appetite unfortunately but eating mostly carbs to stop feeling icky

Mrsmadevans · 21/06/2021 15:34

Afternoon everyone 😀

Been busy so consequently albeit not intentionally good 🤣
Not well done on the walk & getting back to it😀👏

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2021 19:27

I do feel better now thanks

Not2bObvious · 22/06/2021 13:29

Hope you feeling better again today life
Busy days are the best for dieting aren't they mrs. I skipped breakfast as busy and not particularly hungry so it wasn't too difficult. Done a short body pump and 40 mins on the treadmill, not quite 8,000 steps done. I'm aiming for 12,500 this week so a bit to go.

Mrsmadevans · 22/06/2021 14:13

It's good to be busy it is so much easier ! Smile
Excellent stuff Not well done! Great target too Grin
Life glad you are better too!
We have been to Newport shopping for a change just to have a break, they have a massive Cancer charity shop there everything £3 Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/06/2021 18:55

Feeling much better but not risking aerobics

Not2bObvious · 22/06/2021 21:22

No I wouldn't risk anything too energetic for a day or few either - plenty of week left for jumping around
1600 cals, just over 15,000 steps. Feeling decent, hopefully I'll get to sleep easier tonight, took aggggesss last night.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/06/2021 07:10

Toying with trying today for aerobic but I think I will leave it another day.

Not2bObvious · 23/06/2021 07:23

Give it another day life, best to be sure.
Felt able to brave the scales today, 163.4 - which is .4 up on last Friday so not too much weekend damage done once the initial bloat worked off. Weather has gone rubbish here so it'll be indoor steps sadly

I'm shook!!! Look at my view
Lovely view though!
Not2bObvious · 23/06/2021 10:24

How you getting on happier?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 23/06/2021 12:41

I braved the scales too not a great number but could be worse

Not2bObvious · 23/06/2021 14:25

It's good when you get a could be worse rather than a holy crap balls number!
Only on 5,000 steps, it's hazing rain the whole time. Find it very hard to contemplate doing an hour+ on the treadmill to hit my target. Uggg

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 23/06/2021 19:10

Weather improved so now over 13,000 - that's good enough for me. Closing the kitchen a shade under 1600. Out for dinner on Friday but nothing else planned so might get an ok'ish weekend done. Will make a curry tomorrow

Happierwithouthim · 24/06/2021 06:10

Delighted you've moved at long last happier! How brilliant, time for a big freezer now woohoo.
And congrats on 1.5 down, that's a great loss. How you finding it?
Down a smidge today, up on last Thursday but there you go, this is what happens when you eat & drink like a prospective 600lb life client.
