I hear ya, I'm pretty sure medicinal magnums are mandatory on bad days. I've one calling my name in my outside freezer...for sure tomorrow will be better. We don't give up, we pause. Hope the children are ok and you are tooThanks

Hope Dc are ok Flowers
SOD are just a right torture , they need throwing out !

Gensola · 16/06/2021 19:48

happier sorry to hear about your divorce. It’s such a torturous process, they really need to reform it and sort it out.
life I hope your DC feel better.
I haven’t managed any exercise or many steps the last two days as I’ve been so busy at work. Hoping to do a spin class tomorrow and get steps in.

Not2bObvious · 16/06/2021 20:01

I've been and bought new mini magnums with a kind of caramel biscuit layer? I'm not helping the cause am IHmm
I was busy today too, saved me from the food but I could eat now. Hiding away in bedroom for a bit

I also made walnut and Stilton sour dough to go with the curry.
Both DC are unwell now. Hey ho. Crap steps too 6800.
Never mind

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/06/2021 07:24

Tired this morning.
Dh is wfh but on American time. So late shift

Happierwithouthim · 17/06/2021 07:25

My Fitbit died during yesterday so I'm guessing 10000 steps based on Monday as I went for similar walk.

Saw first loss of my restart this morning 2lbs, pure water weight of course but it's gone!!

I had a cheeky leftover slice of pizza last night wasn't hungry so I'm a little annoyed with myself, it's gone now so hey ho what's done is done.
Thurs is a challenging day for me as I finish work early and it has become a free for all kind of day, so dc asked to go to shop that's selling milk from a machine like slushies and you can add flavours it's also a fruit and veg shop so I'm going to distract myself with nice fresh fruit

Not2bObvious · 17/06/2021 07:27

Total delusion here, weighed twice, took the lower number - for justification, I should be the lower weight, so all's good.
Have company tonight & want to avoid drinking, in a bad habit of using it as an excuse. But needs must, I'm away the following two days so I need good behaviour today & most of tomorrow to have a hope of not ruining all my efforts.
How's the children today life? Hope you're all feeling better

How's everyone feeling? Will work be ok today?
Gensola · 17/06/2021 08:25

life hope everyone feels better today! I am wrecked, was hoping to get on the bike but need to conserve energy to get through my lessons.
Despite DH offering me wine and G&T several times last night I didn’t give in so slept better. He’s definitely a bit of a diet saboteur, it’s taken him about 6 months and repeated reminders to stop constantly offering me bread and cakes etc. In the end I got a bit cross and said why are you asking me 10+ times a day if I want carbs when you know I’m trying not to eat them. He was quite chastened.

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/06/2021 09:53

Girl child has gone to school, boy child is next to me here. I sacrificed aerobic for catching up with work..
Hopefully Zumba tonight.
However crisps at 930 am is not a good start.

Happierwithouthim · 17/06/2021 13:58

Hopefully the day doesn't spiral life

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/06/2021 15:26

It has a bit. I'm struggling with motivation

Not2bObvious · 17/06/2021 22:59

To the best of my tracking, just under cals and just over 12,500. So considering I've had 2 visitors today, one for elevenses, one for dinner - that's good going. Happy I've managed 4 good deficit days, saved around 1200. That shall come in very handy.
Hope everyone is doing ok

Seeing your comment life, funnily enough my weekly email from James Clear (Atomic Habits) had this nugget:
"Motivation often comes after starting, not before.
Action produces momentum."

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/06/2021 07:40

Ha yes, I need to get into action. This week has been tough. I will begin on Saturday again in a perverted way. Must avoid Aldi crack choc Sunday thought

Not2bObvious · 18/06/2021 08:03

Start any day you can is my advice! I too need to avoid the crack'choceur. Discovered the caramel version the last weekend I was away, and the plain milk chocolate, really gorged myself on both.
Must have had more salty food yesterday as scales up 1.6, tbh was quite miffed but I've talked myself down from catastrophe. Bloody bsod though, b being for bast*rd. Away for the weekend, be back to to 168 Monday no doubt 🤦‍♀️

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/06/2021 09:29

Deliberately haven't tried the caramel but the milk one mmmmmm
Forced 20 minutes aerobic this morning and feeling a bit better

Not2bObvious · 18/06/2021 13:23

Lunchtime weight down 1lb, go figure! Fluid flux. Did 30 mins weights, 30 mins treadmill- glad I got it done

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/06/2021 08:04

All their choc is evil gorgeous

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/06/2021 17:21

Their salted Carmel honeycomb magnum copy is disgusting. Send them to me I will save you all.

Not2bObvious · 19/06/2021 17:24

It's good I'm not a cynical person, if I were I'd think you were saving them all for yourself life😂
Away so lots of vino and nice food but I am trying at least not to snack to the same degree as previous trips. Not doing too badly. 11,000 steps so far today, dinner not til 8😢
