Down a bit today, back isn't great though so not sure if I should do weights or it's possible they might actually help 🤔 I'll decide over the course of the day. I'll get some walks in between work tasks for sure
Good day 1 life, no mad rush to go all out and risk taking it too far.

I'm definitely a morning exercise person. Done this morning aerobic. Bit of bloat off.
Long term weights will help not. Short term a spike as you know.
Might fit in a pump as not got Dom's much

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/06/2021 09:12

Sorry missed about your back. I probably would do pirates instead or something

Not2bObvious · 15/06/2021 11:18

I'm so incredibly inflexible that anything like yoga or Pilates are torture for me. Of course it would help with the inflexibility but I'm too impatient for that😂 I'm actually into my 6th month of Body Pump, quite surprised it's been that long. I hope I'm over the weight spikes, my bad behaviour is the cause of them I reckon. I'm not sure what body changes there are, I'd hope some, it's been 3 times a week minimum. I've let go of thinking exercise will help my weight loss, its clear that's not that case here for sure

@lifelongfrugaleer

Ooof no wonder he was ill.k have to ask how does it transmit? Was he drinking garden water and licking dogs?

I was on maintaining today and did some aerobics badly and a very short puppy walk.
Tis a start

Grin @lifelongfrugaleer He does an awful lot of gardening , he's been planting his Summer pots and hanging baskets using all sorts of compost Hmm ,watering and feeding the birds and hedgies, he has makeshift ponds everywhere and water butts full of stagnant water. I think he hasn't washed his hands properly when he came in from the garden. Silly man ! Great stuff on the start Smile
Mrsmadevans · 15/06/2021 11:59

Well done Not it'll come , have been ok today so far , going to have fruit for lunch and am upping my fluids too. More active as well which is great because l can't do a lot with my back either Not , l feel you there lovely . l have discs protruding onto Spinal chord, cannot stand or walk for long periods of time , although l can iron, funny that ! l think it's because l am moving the whole time .
Have a lovely day everyone , it seems so much nicer this time of the year Smile

Today's day one I've decided

It was meant to be divorce day but the court just put it back to 13th July. What a waste of a day off!

As I've only eaten two poached eggs and two slices of my own brown bread so far, why not!

Happierwithouthim · 15/06/2021 12:12

Just phoned sports shop to check if they've brooks runners in stock and making my way there now.

Not2bObvious · 15/06/2021 13:31

That's a pity about the wasted day off and the divorce being delayed happier, courts are a disaster at the best of times here - they're next level now! Happy day one, many more good days to come. Never had brooks but they've a great rep.
I did my body pump, put the weight belt on and took it careful, feel good now. I'm at the stage now where guilt kicks in if I don't stick to my routine. Could pay for it later but fingers x'ed. I was told no ironing & no hoovering by either chiropractor or osteopath (can't remember which)so I try & avoid - I'm such a good patient😂

Had to be there so not wasted completely

Brown bread & poached eggs for breakfast
Pepsi max for snack

Aldi lunch out Grin

Off home to walk/run with dog with my new runners

You'll have to avoid both for your health Wink

Ah that's a shame about divorce happier. Are you finally moved too?

Yeah not great going on pump

Happierwithouthim · 15/06/2021 14:53

Nope more delays Sad

Mrsmadevans · 15/06/2021 19:06

Happier that's a right PITA lovely, just think it will come , it WILL!

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/06/2021 19:14

Fgs happier. I wouldn't have a bet on which of us will be in first at this rate

Not2bObvious · 15/06/2021 19:48

Aww that's a pita about the move or lack of, hoping it gets sorted soon.
Kitchen closed, just over 11,000 and 1500 cals. If I wake again at 3am I will bloody scream😴

I hope it's me because as my money is drawdown I assume I'm paying for it from next month?
Happierwithouthim · 16/06/2021 08:28

194.4 again this morning.
My friend is going to weigh every thurs and we'll buddy up

Not2bObvious · 16/06/2021 09:17

Talk about a palaver this morning, blooming scales was like a roulette wheel! After a number of attempts I got a relatively stable number which would seem to be right. Down another smidge.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 16/06/2021 09:22

New batteries? Or else it's ready to come down another bit and couldn't commit?

Not2bObvious · 16/06/2021 10:44

It's where I'm using the scales is the issue, have to weigh in the bedroom as teen is very susceptible (lost lot of weight during this covid time), so I can't leave scales in the bathroom nor can I be seen bringing it in/out. So not ideal but it'll do. Hell, might even get to the point where I can see I've lost weight, not expect a piece of equipment to set my mood😂

Ok, hope they are doing ok now, stress affects everyone so differently doesn't it?

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/06/2021 13:50

And I give up again

Happierwithouthim · 16/06/2021 15:05

@lifelongfrugaleer

And I give up again
What happened?
Not2bObvious · 16/06/2021 16:56

Tempted to give up and neck a bottle of wine but I'm not going to.
Hope you're ok life - tomorrow's another day

Unwell children, one off school, stressy work. Draw of the last Magnum was too much
