Thought I would start a new thread. Hoping that April will be a better month for all of us, especially with places opening up again and hopefully continued better weather.

Weighed in at 9st4 this morning. I'm not setting a weight goal this month, instead I'll be focusing on trying to improve my fitness and general well being. Hoping that a bit of weight loss might follow.

Slight fluctuation upwards this morning but not stressing. Gym at 8am on Monday followed by work. Things will get better on the calorie burn front imminently.

Astonishingly also, despite a horrendous fortnight and being on day two of period and feeling very bloated, I've gone from 9st1.75 to 9st3.5, not anything awful and I remember a year ago when I had a stone off celebrating that same weight. So like you octopus I know once in the zone I'll zap the extra but it's just hard right now. My aims are water, self care (skin and teeth) and sleep. Have a good Sat all. I'm sitting online so no steps really bar a lunchtime walk.

Good goals @HeyGirlHeyBoy, I'm also trying to not stress about +/- 2lb or so. It'll come off when the focus is there again and is not even noticeable.

I've not weighed for a few days as period started and Ive been very snacky . Meals good, but chunks of Easter egg snaffled throughout the day, many, many rice crispy nest cakes eaten plus big portion of chips at the beach (to name a few indulgences!) Will allow myself extras like these for the week ahead while on leave from work, and start again when I'm back to normal routine.

Two meals out plans this coming week too so inevitable the scales will go up.

Current goals are to keep with the water, 3x proper workouts a week plus steps where possible with the little ones. And to do my best but not care too much outside of that.

Good goals hangover.

I have a new low today of 13:11.2. Pleased about that. I’ve had incredibly low calorie burn the last week or so so I’m hoping the fact that’s going to increase from tomorrow will help me keep losing.

I’m now losing new weight rather than regained weight and it was just above this weight that I plateaued last time so it will reassure me if I can keep it going this time.

@TheHoneyBadger, that is fantastic, well done you. @NutellaEllaElla sounds as if you are managing fantastic exercise. Managed over 14,000 steps yesterday so was pleased with that. Food not so good shall we say. Haven't weighed today cause had a take away. Feel thirsty so think the water will be easy today.

So have I, and I thought I'd be clocking up the steps but it just didn't happen, I didn't even try tbh. Got in my usual twice weekly 10k step walks plus a bit of walking with the dc. Still waiting for fitbit strap replacement. I am down 0.25lbs since yesterday Grin Effort: no snacking after 7. I'll take it.
Aims:2.5L water, teeth and skin. I'm on the floor so the only way is up. Enjoy your Sundays!

Me and the scales are not friends. My fault for weighing a bit too much, after breakfast and not before, after yesterday etc. I cycled a bit this morning indoors while DH and a friend cycled outside in the snow Grin rather them than me!

Oh well after breakfast simply doesn't count Nutella!!
I have decided to log today and I'm going to add no after 7pm eating for tomorrow to goals.
Berries and Greek yoghurt
Latte
Veg korma with brown rice
6 choc chip cookies Blush
Nothing after 6pm.
Need to get back into the 9st territory and it will have to accept some effort is necessary!!

Much better day today, I made some biscuits yesterday (bear with me), they are tiny and buttery, so you can have two and get a sweet hit but not many calories. Also there are loads of them so I'll get bored at some point and the DCs will finish them and I won't feel justified in making more.

Up a pound this morning after salty fish and chips and 2 beers last night so no surprise. Off to the gym this morning then at the least walking to work and running around there a bit with plenty of stairs.

Not weighing today. Goals to drink 2 litres of water and stick to 1500. I had a good calorie and exercise weekend so hoping to be back on the straight and narrow this week.

Just weighed in, 9st7, feel pretty disgusted with myself to be honest. I've been taking the piss with food for ages and its probably the kick up the arse I need. I cannot believe I've only kept four pounds off from when I started. Really got to get myself straight. Hate dieting, hate being hungry etc, but I've just got to get my head round it and prioritise it, and stop making excuses and thinking that there's too much to do. Hope everyone else has had a better start to the day than me.

Morning all, checking in my lard arse to get back on track. I've had a very hungry 2 weeks over the Easter holidays combined with a weird period and lack of school run and I'm up to 63.45kg. Today I'm back to no chocolate, IF, and getting more exercise. I've been quite active but nothing compared to my usual school run days. Ds and I are going to be doing about 3 miles today. I feel so bloated and am bloated and have two mask induced spots on my chin.
My goal is to be under 60kg by the end of restrictions in June and to stay there. Ultimate goal is 55kg.

Octopus37 I've had a really slack two weeks and am quite cross with myself too. Holidays are always tricky with the lack of walking. I feel quite hungry this morning and it will take time to retrain my stomach again.

I have been the same octopus for so long. Delighted to say after simply not eating after 6pm last night I'm down another 1.75lbs so that's 2lbs down since Sat AM Grin Happy. Goals :water, skin, teeth and no food after 7pm.

I've had a slack 2 weeks as well but as long as we get back on it, it's all good. Giving up would be the mistake.

Well done you for managing to book a pub lunch! I only managed to get a date for the end of May!

I'd forgotten how miserable it is getting to lunch and seeing you only have 600 calories left for dinner and that's on 1500 a day 😩 I had baby leaf salad on my quorn sandwich so I'm feeling very virtuous Grin
