Thought I would keep with the dancing theme. Happy New Year to everyone. Lets all hope for a much safer 2021.

Even though I wasn't planning to weigh in this morning, I did out of habit and weighed in at 9st5. Take away (very delayed) last night, so not surprised. My aim is to be 9st1ish by the end of January. I'm hoping to get a couple of pounds off for my Birthday on the 9th.

9st4.75 this morning, damage wasn't as bad as I thought. Aiming to do better in February. Going out for a walk with a friend this afternoon which will be good, hoping it doesn't snow.

62.2kg this morning. I'm aiming for 62kg by the end of February. That seems a reasonable goal considering the lack of school run I'm doing so it's good going if I'd get to 10k each day.

Winter is hard octopus.

I had more calories and a lot less steps yesterday. Stir fried veg and egg noodles for lunch, halo ice cream then quite a snack filled evening.

Saturday is my wiped out day. The plan is the 5:2 days will make up for the Saturdays so thinking calories over the week rather than per day. Official weigh in is Thursday.

Period has arrived which may explain last night's munchies. Cycle was 25 days this time - getting pretty unpredictable and I guess I'm def perimenopausal now.

Took the dog out for a good stomp after posting earlier and keep doing laps around the house to get my steps up. Well done to those who are managing 10k steps - I'm struggling to get near lately with the dodgy weather and working from home most days.

Remember water people.

Mine's been out of whack now for almost 2 years. I'm looking forward to when they stop for good as I have endometriosis. Luckily I don't worry about the randomness of my periods as I'm not shagging anyone so there's no pregnancy risk and I'm a dreadful catholic so not in line to be the next Virgin Mary Grin

Yesterday was a fast then 500 cal day. My diet week runs Thursday to Thursday currently. So will weigh in properly then.

I've done two fast days, 1 sizeable deficit day (and I hit targets on steps and calorie burn on those days) and one very lazy eating day. Aiming for today Tuesday and Wednesday to be decent deficit days and to keep moving.

Just realised we're ready for a new thread octopus.

Happy Feb guys!
I weighed myself this morning and managed to lose 3lbs throughout jan. I know it's not a massive amount but I'm happy with that. Aiming for 5lbs this month. 12 lbs to target weight! X
