@everycowandagain wow your hard work is really paying off!

@TheHoundsofLove nice accuracy on your calories today!

I had to take my cat to the vet this morning and leave her there a she suddenly became very unwell. I hope she's ok. They put her on a drip and are doing loss of tests to try to find out what's wrong.

TheHoundsofLove · 13/07/2020 12:42

Thanks Monstera ! Smile
I really hope that your cat is okay. It's such an awful feeling when you have to leave them there isn't it?

SnowyMouse · 13/07/2020 13:39

I bought the gyoza @MonsteraCheeseplant they are quite filling, boil rather than fry.

HoneysuckIejasmine · 13/07/2020 14:09

Right! Back on it today.

B omelette with smoked salmon
L sorta pad thai salad - no noodles, peanut lime dressing, halloumi
D bean and squash stew
S petit filous (toddler reject), will have a biscuit later

Going on a hike this evening with school mum friends.

Igglepigglesgrubbyblanket · 13/07/2020 14:09

Yay! That's great @everycowandagain
Hope your cat is ok @MonsteraCheeseplant.

I'm back on tracking everything now too. I'm finding the protein yoghurts very filling for the calories, I think it was someone here who recommended them. They are a bit like zero fat cream cheese, I think they're nicer if you add nuts and seeds. I also then feel like I've got my protein and can eat less meat.

MonsteraCheeseplant · 13/07/2020 15:07

Sadly she's not ok and i have to have her pts at 5.30 today.

TheHoundsofLove · 13/07/2020 15:12

I'm so sorry to hear that Monstera . I had to take my beloved old dog to be pts just before Christmas and it absolutely broke my heart. But, the vet was so kind and it was extremely peaceful for him. Sending you kind thoughts Flowers

HoneysuckIejasmine · 13/07/2020 15:18

Oh Monstera, I'm sorry to hear that.

TheHoneyBadger · 13/07/2020 15:34

Oh monstera Sad I’m so sorry. Will you manage to be with her and stroke her through it? Have you got someone to drive you home?

I’ve finally got my period so can hopefully start losing again and not being so moody and uptight. Reminded myself there’s still lots of July left. I really want to get a good loss this month as June was a bit rubbish.

Let us know how you go monster-will be thinking about you and do try and get a lift so you don’t have to drive and you’re not alone x
