Help!!! I’m only 5,2 and weight 11st 2lb Shock

I’ve just downloaded the nutra check app and plan to lose 2 stone by autumn.

Anyone need to lose a couple too?

Any advise please? I’ve never been so fat in my life Sad

I lost 1lb last week and am now 12st. I'm happy with that as I'm a slow loser. At 5 4 i should be 10st 6 so still a way to go. I also ventured to get my body fat measured and was happy to see my % has gone down from 42% before lockdown to 37.5% which now puts me in the average for my age. I'm super happy about that as I'm of the view that body fat is just as important as weight.

Hoping for another pound next week!

@MirandaWest I did it. Grin I was really in the mood to just slump on the sofa when I got home from work, but because I had posted on here that I was going to do the run, I felt I had to. Tired, but pleased now.

Well, I weigh the same as last week, but I'll take it. Due to heat, haven't been exercising this week plus I've been eating crap. I'll do better next week .

I’ve had a completely rubbish week. I’ve eaten and drunk far too much (I was on holiday). It stops tomorrow- I’m bloated!!

Sunday has my crappiest meal of the week but I won't give it up. I have to do the run before it to compensate. 5k, shower, then full English.

I weighed myself again to see if I had managed to get below the magic 12st - Another 0.2lbs off, so 12st 0.2lbs. So near, so far.

I’ve not lost anything this week 😭 despite being good food wise. I couldn’t have done less excessive though so definitely got to turn that around next week.

In previous years I have eaten many biscuits and sweets while marking. Is hard not to but I want to weigh less more

I’m annoyed with myself tbh- most of it was boredom eating, and I drank too much because I was irritable. My aim for this week is to drink lots of water, and absolutely no booze!

To clarify, I was on holiday with someone who was difficult to motivate, so I spent a lot of time waiting for them to wake up, get ready for walks etc... hence the irritation which built up over the day and needed the edge taking off it!

I did not lose this week. I think that’s ok - I lost 5lbs last week and ramped up the exercise this week, so I think my body is adjusting. My body fat percentage was lower despite no change in weight, so I think I just need to double down.
For the newbies, I loathe weighing food and calculating calories, so go for the easiest rules - no wheat, no sugar (except fruit) no dairy (except in my tea because I’m british and the world will end), no alcohol. It’s loosely Body Blitz diet territory. Except that says no carbs after 6pm and I can’t do that as we eat super late due to work schedules.
This week I changed my breakfasts though. Last week I was having green smoothies with almond milk (and a banana) and this week I changed to ryvita, peanut butter and banana... can someone who is more knowledgeable in actual calorie counting figure out if that’s making a difference? I thought it might be less cals this week. Or maybe my metabolism needs more in the mornings?

@Imissmoominmama I’m totally the same this week. I’ve stopped even tracking on mfp. I’m going to get back on track on Monday but I’m just so depressed and annoyed at my lack of self discipline Blush

Yes! @Imissmoominmama I had healthy dinner tonight with sparkling water and not sparkling wine and walked 5 miles today. Tomorrow Pilates gardening and a long walk. We can do this!
