I’ve just downloaded the nutra check app and plan to lose 2 stone by autumn.

Anyone need to lose a couple too?

Any advise please? I’ve never been so fat in my life Sad

I'm feeling good today. I've been hammering the exercise bike daily but now I've switched to HIIT spin sessions 3 tines a week ( YouTube) So my plan now is that I'm going to do weights on rotating days ( 3 days bike & 3 days weights ) with Sunday as a rest day. I'm watching what I eat but not being mega strict. I feel better now I've got a plan in place.

@GinnieHempstock bravo 👏🏻 on your run. I tried running & wasn't enjoying it, hence the bike purchase.

I tried spin, once, about 25 years ago, and hated it. Probably the only exercise I’ve ever tried that I actually hated. Guess we all hopefully find the right thing for us, be it food choices or exercise. There’s certainly more than one path to follow.

I love Spin ! It's my version of a night club ... dark , loud music , sweaty bodies .... not done any since March but my exercise bike is being delivered Thursday so maybe I'll try some YouTube ones

Please can I join? Two children under two. Got Gestational Diabetes when pregnant but was diet controlled throughout. I swore I'd carry on with my healthy eating post baby but I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I'm 5'2 and a size 14/16- was an 8/10 before. I'm so low on energy that I grab whatever I can- sadly the wrong stuff- crisps, crumpets, lots of toast, carbs basically. I've also been told I'm verging I'm obese. Following for motivation and support.

Oh wow I bet you are excited for your bike arriving, I haven't actually been to a spin class but my sister says this is like a spin class. These are the videos I have been using to motivate

It's the British cycling network YouTube channel ... is bloody hard work I tell you ... definitely worth a watch, I love these vids! They give me direction. When I first started I struggled to keep up now I can do the full workout 💪🏻

The freedom of working out from home has given me hope! I spent £400 on this bike so I can't just erm shove it in the garage Hmm... I'm loving it so far so good.

I tried low carb diet which is no good for cake addiction & I tried intermittent fasting which just messed with my periods so the bike was the last resort for me really. But I'm so glad that I did get it : )
