I’ve just downloaded the nutra check app and plan to lose 2 stone by autumn.

Anyone need to lose a couple too?

I weigh 11st 7 but am doing Slimming world. I am a size 16 and will rejoice when I get to a 14 even.
I used to be an 8.
I only put on weight once I got married and started eating big evening meals and then the kids came along and stressed me out.

Grin that squeezing and clenching will come in handy with some of the workouts I was trying. I swore I nearly pulled a muscle down there doing a climbing plank.

Omg tell me about it! My fanny was aching earlier as I pushed the pram around for a walk and it must be the planking and mountain climbing etc I've been doing in my workouts 😂 pulled a few muscles for sure. I don't have enough self control for one biscuit either so I'm not having any. I made a big chicken salad for tea, will eat the test for lunch tomorrow. I put some cheese in it but I'm still below my daily calorie so stuff it!

I went for a nap today as I was zonked at 5pm and slept for a whole hour, so now I'm awake like a lark of course when it's bedtime. Having gin and slimline tonic (more than 2). I know I'm going to pay for it tomorrow on the scales, but hey, I got out for a walk after my nap, so not all bad.

I've found my people!
I'm also 5ft 2in, currently pregnant (24 weeks almost) so not massively fussed about how much I weigh right now other than not wanting to gain too much.
I was 12st 13lb the day I found out I was pregnant and absolutely mortified. I had pretty bad morning sickness and lost almost a stone down to 12st 1lb and am now around 12st 7lb.
After baby I plan to get back to running (I did a half marathon in 2018) and would love to be at that stage again, I felt really good about myself and although I was still heavier than I wanted to be I wasn't in the obese range.
I have a weird body type and even when my BMI says obese I don't look massive. I barely look overweight in some clothes!
I have recently started to walk more and plan on doing some home pregnancy workouts until I'm more heavily pregnant. I did low carb boot camp (different username) a year or so ago and lost weight really well and kept it off when it finished but then slowly I stopped running & started eating Blush
I'll definitely need lots of support post baby!!

I didn’t even log the last 2 days on mfp due to being away and having food and drink outside the home! I’m feeling hormonal, knackered and generally so fed up so who knows how the diet will go today??

I found I kept loosing weight after I gave birth so it might be easier for you than you think.

karriekay everyday is a fresh start. Don’t worry. We all have up and down days.

@moonbaby1 I’m just south of York. Weather’s gone back to normal now - grey and drizzling. Needed my umbrella for my lunchtime walk.

Am finding myself almost looking forward to tomorrow’s weigh in although if I haven’t lost weight I will be disappointed. Maybe I should weigh every day - might try that next week and see how it goes.

I think I have found my group! 5ft1 spherical person here! Had my second baby 3 months ago and have been doing slim fast for the past 2 months. Some days more strict than others. Started 11st 3.6lbs. Currently 10st 6lbs. So losing it slow and steady which is sooo frustrating and I don't understand why I don't lose weight at the speed I did in my 20s! Weigh in day is Wednesday. Please help keep me motivated. My first goal weight is 9st 6 which puts me back into healthy weight category. It's so hard!

I went for a long walk today in the rain with the kids at a National trust forest. My bum cheeks are aching I can barely move, I am not sure if it was the walk or last nights HIIT workout. While I’m on leave the next two weeks I’m going to try and fit in more workouts.

Welcome! How are you finding slim fast? I’m doing a week or two of it to get me onto a good start but there’s no way I’d want to do it long term. I keep looking at everyone’s real food and getting jealous Grin.

That said, home bargains are doing some great SF offers at the moment.

I used to be naturally slim all through my childhood and 20s and now I just can’t shake off the weight.

Hello my name is littleninja and I'm a chocoholic.

My last bar of chocolate was at 2pm this afternoon when I ate 3/4 of a 100g bar of white chocolate in one sitting. I could easily have eaten it all. 😳

Hello everyone.
I’m very pleased with myself today today as I went for a run as soon as I got home from work - in the pouring rain Shock. Did w2r3 of c25k.
Food wise, within my WW points, might even spend some spare points on a few maltesers later.
Sounds like some of you had a much better day than me - NT visiting sounds lovely and the added benefit of increasing activity and Miranda’s photo looks much nicer than here at the moment.
