I’ve just downloaded the nutra check app and plan to lose 2 stone by autumn.

Anyone need to lose a couple too?

Any advise please? I’ve never been so fat in my life Sad

Forgot to order scales and ate chocolate last night but just checked my tracker and it's period time any day so I'm recognising it and accepting it'll pass and the veggie chilli I made is enough for a million portions so going to have it with lettuce leaves instead of wraps and extra fresh salad at lunch

I’m due on and I ate two Oreos- I’m giving myself a pass for that as I had chicken salad for lunch!

Today I did a totally shredded class online. It's a killer but I quite enjoy it.
I've fasted until 4 pm and just had some olives and then had spinach with eggs and chorizo cheesy pockets. Had some nuts after and am hoping not to eat anymore until tomorrow.

My motivation comes and goes and it winds me up when my weight fluctuates even though I know it's normal. I need to be consistently under 12 stone and at the moment it goes up and down from 12 2 to 11 12 😤

Today 11st 8 1/4lbs

@littleninja yes I am still doing Chloe Tings work outs, they are hard! I’m also doing a little bit of kettle bell workouts too.

@MoonBaby1 if I can find my scales I’ll weigh myself tomorrow morning too. Although I won’t know how much I’ve lost as it will be the first time I’ve weighed myself in 2 years Confused

Thank you @Feckmesideways, I guess the first week always gives good results so I will be expecting just a pound or two per week from now on. I'm just so happy that I finally started a diet. I really struggled starting.

How do you all keep the motivation going? I seem to be good for a few days then along comes an occasion or a stress or just, something and I get de railed for a few days. So, back to square one and feeling miserable. Any advice?

Thanks @isthatthesummerover I wasn't expecting to lose over five pounds. I got on and off the scales a few fines just to triple check. It will be a slow process now but I can live with that. Between us that's nearly 12lbs.

@Teaismynewfriend this thread has helped me to keep motivated. It is really hard though. I just got to the point of being really miserable about my weight. There are two choices I guess, sort it or don't. Also, if you have a bad day food wise, make sure that you get straight back on it and not just carry on stuffing. Good luck.

Thank you @sevendevils and well done on your loss. I'm at a turning point with my age and I know if I don't get on top of this now I am shoring up health problems and it'll only get harder to lose. Lose it, or don't... I like it, it's actually that simple. Every time I've lost a significant amount of weight in the past it has been painful. It's hard work to lose weight. Guess I need to accept that.
