Hi all, I'd like to jump on it that's ok. I'm flagging a bit and need some momentum.
So. I started at 19,4 back in August 2016 ish. I'm 5'6". Lost a stone, got pregnant again, and started again February 2018 at 18,0. Using MFP and some support on MN I got down to 12,4 by about May 2019.
Summer 2019 I had a huge flare up of my autoimmune disease, was ill right up until the end of 2019. 2020 has been a balancing act of keeping things in control and providing my body a suitable amount of energy to stay healthy.
And so I find myself at 14,4 as of this morning. It was 14,8 last week so I'm finally stepping in the right direction again.
I eat 1200 a day. I tried a week of strictly 1500 (as I was so tired) and I gained 2lb.
I really can't seem to get away with more than 1200 and still see a loss.
I'm gutted that I'm 2 stone over my low weight, but have to also celebrate that I'm 5 stone under my high weight.
I do run and walk as much as possible. Given my autoimmune disorder is like arthritis that can be a real challenge. I do not distant challenges. So far this year I've done 100 miles for Jan-April, but only managed 85 in May thanks to a bout of severe mastitis. I've signed up for June but yet to do anything as I'm only just getting my energy back having finished antibiotics a few days ago.
So my hope is that I can chunk down in to small steps. 2 stone to get back to low weight, which I was very happy with. 3 stone and 2 lbs to reach a BMI healthy weight. I'm not convinced it's realistic for me - I have a significant amount of flabby skin that isn't going anywhere of course so I'll always be heavier than I look. (For example, I was a size 10 at 12,4)
So yes, if you can help me on towards my goal, that'd be great!
I'm a SAHM to preschoolers who spends far too much time on her phone so I'll be around a lot, sorry
