Overnight oats
Toastie with veg soup
Meatballs and a little bit of pasta. Probably way too carby but won't be reaching for the chocs at least!

Work day so weird meals...

B banana, 2 satsumas, 3 coffees
L jacket potato & ratatuille, satsumas, cuppa
D bowl of weetabix, protein yogurt, 2 segments of chocolate orange
S 2 biscuits, lots of raspberries,

Approx 1200. Trying to keep to 1200 for a few days as it's DS birthday on Saturday so will be a weekend of picnics, party food and cake!

Joining this thread as I started WW again 2 weeks ago and could do with some help keeping focus. I’ve lost 5lbs so far and have set myself a mini goal of another 4lbs off over the next two weeks to get back down to my pre-lockdown weight in time for going back to work.

In the long-term I would like to lose at least 3 stone and know I will wobble at some point before that.

5lbs in 2 weeks! Good job and welcome @DarkDarkNight

The extent of my diet fail today is too epic to document here. I ate a whole packet of biscuits amongst other things.

This is why I am overweight! 😬

It’s one day iggle! New day today. I was about to say just keep coming back then chuckled because it’s an AA expression but binge eating is a bit like being an addict so it works.

Scales seem to weigh about less than 2lbs different so not as bad as thought. I’ve added a pound to all my past weigh ins and have now got it set up so it shares with my Fitbit and syncs my weight onto that.

All my crazy fluctuations will now be recorded without me going bloody hell I’m ignoring that one etc.

Welcome and well done dark.
