@Smarshian that’s an amazing loss - well done Star Great way to start and I bet you feel so motivated now!

@recklessgran I ate two whole four finger Kit Kat’s yesterday- blaming TOTM but I have to say I love the tiny little jelly ones in the dolly mixtures!

Wow @Tryingtwo June target already - that’s amazing!!

@GetTheStartyParted really glad to hear DS sleeping a bit better

@Ginandtonic31 hope WI went ok! We are doing low cal here and definitely go over ours every once in a while too.

@Irishstout 12k steps is loads - very impressive and I’m sure that would have burned loads of cals

@JessJonesJumps I hope resisting the choc toffee went ok or if it didn’t that it was lush - win win Grin

@Onesmallstep67 I’ve been bouncing around lots recently but still trending down over each fortnight or so. I sure it it will be the same for you

Onceuponatimethen · 07/06/2020 08:19

Morning @SconNotScone it is getting boring isn’t it! We should have been off on an amazing beach holiday in ten days from now Sad and I’m starting to actually mind that we are not going, which has surprised me as I thought I had mentally written it off!

Must weigh in a minute but I know I will be up due to TOTM and there’s also the two massive Kit Kat’s and burger from yesterday Grin - quite inclined not to bother

Ginandtonic31 · 07/06/2020 08:41

@Onceuponatimethen fingers crossed for you. You may be surprised. I had my first period this week since having the baby. Wow I hope it was a one off! 😂 but I lost 4lb so maybe if I can do that I can still lose more next week. Or perhaps I lost 4lb of blood 🤔

@SconNotScone it is boring isn't it! I've woken up thinking maybe find a Costa drive through that's open just to get out. But then that's ruining my diet! Argh. At least we can come out of lockdown less weighty. The last time I saw anyone I was 9 months pregnant so technically I will be down 😂

cricketmum84 · 07/06/2020 08:44

Happy birthday to me!! 🎂 Thanks for all the birthday wishes.

Braved the scales this morning and I'm 1lb up from the start of the month which is ok Cos I had half a pizza last night. I was 2 up the other day so it's a birthday miracle to be honest!

Food plan today is cold birthday ciders at lunchtime and living room picnic later :)

Have a great Sunday everyone! Littlest DD set an early alarm to come and clean and tidy the living room for me and put up a birthday poster before I got up so it's been a lovely start to the day. Presents to open soon too! Had a beautiful bunch of peonies, prosecco and chocolates and a rose gift set delivered from my mum yesterday so I'm doing well already :)

Just popping on to say Happy Birthday @CricketMum84 really hope you have a lovely day. [Love your DD's artwork - she's very talented!]
Catch up later.

Onceuponatimethen · 07/06/2020 10:12

Weighed and back up from 73.7 to 74.2!! I’m going to count that as TOTM related and assume it will come down once TOTM is over

WhatALearningCurve · 07/06/2020 10:24

@cricketmum84 happy birthday!!!

Massively feeling last nights wine today! Using the vast majority of today's calories on a disgustingly large amount of roast potatoes later and I'm very excited about it. Currently out for a walk with the pram to clear my very fuzzy head!

Hollyhead · 07/06/2020 11:01

Happy Birthday @cricketmum84 hope you have a lovely day :)

Managed to keep on track last night and just had one glass of wine and stopped eating/drinking by 8.30.

Been for a 10k run this morning and eaten berries and yoghurt with 3 squares of chocolate. Just need to plan what we're eating later!

@Onceuponatimethen yes, stick with it, TOTM can throw my results out massively, and I'm sure the water retention also makes my fat more 'flabby'!

I was meant to be weighing in today, and I'm 0.2kg down on last week which is a bit disappointing, but I've run a lot the past few days and I'm wondering if my muscles are holding on to water too, my Friday weigh in was 0.4kg down. I'm going to do a 'real' weigh in on Tuesday morning. I'm telling myself it's all in the right direction, and I've not gained weight after last weekend's facing up to the 'lockdown load' moment!

edwardson · 07/06/2020 11:21

Happy birthday cricketmum!

I've fallen off the wagon but back in the swing of things. Will do some exercise today and get back on track. Weight today:

9st13.4, which puts me at .6 loss so far this month so at least still moving in the right direction.

Finding it very hard not to eat what DP eats. He's about a foot taller than me and i have to remember that I can't keep up with him!

Best of luck for the week to come all. Congrats on the great progress so far!

Tryingtwo · 07/06/2020 11:28

Good morning all and Happy Birthday cricketmum84 🎂🎉🎈🎁 I hope you have a wonderful day - I love your daughter's poster especially the owl!

dobbyssoc · 07/06/2020 11:58

Happy birthday @cricketmum84 🥳

Weighed myself this morning and I have officially dropped a stone since the beginning of my weight loss journey at the start of may. I am unbelievably happy and long may it continue!

NerrSnerr · 07/06/2020 12:14

Happy Birthday @cricketmum84. Hope you're having a lovely day.

I had a day off yesterday but didn't go too crazy. Back on it today- been out of a long walk this morning and going out strawberry picking with the family later. Had a smoothie for breakfast, will probably have a jacket potato for lunch and no idea what to have for tea. Will see how many calories I have to play with.

Have a good one everyone.

MonicaBingaling · 07/06/2020 17:36

Happy birthday @cricketmum84 🎉❤️ Hope you have a lovely day!

Sorry I’ve been quiet on here, been having a relaxed weekend, enjoyed a cheat cheeseburger and fries last night. It’s my TOTM so im trying to take it easy. Hopefully get back to it Monday x

JessJonesJumps · 07/06/2020 18:14

Onthebrink67 · 07/06/2020 19:45

Happy birthday @cricketmum84. hope you’ve had a wonderful day.

Chimchimcharoo · 07/06/2020 20:54

Well done everyone keeping on track. I tried the sugarpop workout yesterday - after I posted got distracted by a post delivery but did it later just because I had already posted I would on here! I will be trying some more.
Today hasn’t been perfect but I have been for a run round the block to try to and balance it back out and been shopping (meal plan for the week) so can’t go too wrong for the week now.
Hope your birthday had been fantastic @cricketmum84

recklessgran · 07/06/2020 21:59

Evening all. A good food day for me I think. OMAD ahead of my weigh in tomorrow. Pork chop, runner beans, broccoli and I also pinched a roast potato from those meant for DH and DD1. 2 squares of dark chocolate. Hoping for a small loss on the scales in the morning. @NerrSnerr hope you enjoyed the PYO strawberries. Our farm isn't open here for picking yet. Looking forward to that - I've seen on fb that it should be later this week. Also, my hairdressers are supposedly opening from July 5th but won't be washing hair or blow drying. Yikes, does that mean dry cuts only do you think? Not happy about that as I don't think there will be any improvement at all in my case!

Hollyhead · 08/06/2020 07:01

Morning everyone! Just weighed in, I’ve decided to make Monday the true ‘barometer’ day. I’m 300g down in a week, a bit disappointing but then maybe I need more portion control. However this is still good news - no gain at least!

To motivate myself I’ve worked out that an 800 calorie deficit is 100g fat burnt. The 3500 calories for a pound always sounds like so much! But 800 calories I can do in a day :)

Hope you all have a good day everyone!

SultanasofPing · 08/06/2020 07:43

Hope you had a lovely birthday @cricketmum84 - hope everyone had a lovely weekend.
First weigh in today and 4.5lb lost - presume it's mostly water but still can't quite believe it. Now just need to keep the momentum going.....

Dk20 · 08/06/2020 07:46

Well done @sultans

Monday is my weigh in day too and I am down a pound. I am really relieved I havent gained as I thought I had too many snacks during the week (well on Monday and Thursday at least). hopefully it doesnt come back to bite me in the ass this week.

WhatALearningCurve · 08/06/2020 08:20

Morning all!

Weigh in day today. 11 stone 4.5. Over the moon about that! 3.2lbs lost this week.

According to MFP I'm over half way to my goal. Feels very bizarre to have less than 2 stone to lose now!

SconNotScone · 08/06/2020 08:24

Morning all. Congrats on some really good losses this week, well done. You all seem so motivated and disciplined!

I seem to be in self destruct mode - I can identify it, do all the right things for a couple of days, then go nuts again and munch munch munch! So weigh-in this morning sees a 0.25lb gain. I had hoped to maintain, but never mind. It’s a new week. I have at least been doing either a legs/bum or an abs/arms workout every day, so maybe it will at least tone me up a bit by the end of the month! It’s my husband’s birthday next Sunday, and he has requested chocolate cake. I am going to try soooo hard to keep on track this week, and then enjoy a guilt-free piece of cake on Sunday. Pray for me 😂

NerrSnerr · 08/06/2020 08:47

I overindulged a bit this weekend and ended up with a stay the same but I wonder if some of it is a bit of bloat and will be off tomorrow (alway the optimist). I have improved the content of what I am eating and I have upped my walking. Working from home today so need to keep out of the kitchen, I do much better when I'm in the office or on visits.

GetTheStartyParted · 08/06/2020 08:51

Morning everyone. Well done to all the losses.

@SconNotScone that is pretty close to maintaining. Good luck with your week, it will be worth being good for chocolate cake Grin

I have lost 2lbs this week, that's 46lb total (in 19 weeks!) And I am now over half way to my total 🎉 feeling so happy today and to be honest, proud of myself too!
