Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

@menthollyinsane that sounds like a fucker of a start to the afternoon.

Thanks for tweakment to the google doc @AutumnNymph. I’m just downloading the iPhone app for it.

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 13:08

@AutumnNymph I've added myself but now I'm the only one on the list.

But I did eat the little one’s chocolate, I confess. He is too young to notice but I feel v guilty.

JonHammIsMyJamm · 16/04/2020 13:12

I’ve added myself. Had to shorten my moniker so as not to widen the first column.

Who is “On the”?

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 13:14

@JonHammIsMyJamm I can only see myself added to the spreadsheet. What can you see?

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 13:15

Scrap that, I've added myself much further on in the column. Will try again.

Hello can I join please? After the first few weeks of lockdown when I was being very careful (and nervous!) I've slipped back into my old overeaty ways... I don't dare weigh myself today, but I'm guessing I'm around 11 stone ish, and I'd like to lose a stone. Realistically, If I can wrestle myself back down to ten and half, I'd be a healthy weight again and that's my goal for the next 4 weeks... Not an easy ask stuck indoors with tonnes of chocolate and no access to my normal exercise routine (tough school run, swimming and spin!). My plan is sensible meals with the kids (no dieting as such) then 10,000 steps a day with a couple of little jogs, a couple of Joe Wicks sessions and the odd bike ride or long walk thrown in. Thanks for starting the thread, hope we can keep each other going through the obvious trigger points of boredom and stress!

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 13:22

Ok I've added to the spread sheet but my weight doesn't line up with the others but it's done. Finally.

Sorry, I didn’t see your post until now. I see this now @menthollyinsane

That has cheered me up 😂😂

I'm sitting in the back garden and really just laughed out loud!!!

Oops sorry neighbours 😂😂

milksoffagain · 16/04/2020 13:31

I don't like to boast but I am starting to actually resemble a creme egg (obviously without being half as interesting as one) Do I qualify to join? And I have developed an irrational fear that the world will run out of chocolate!! but not being able to randomly wobble my way along to the shops will help with that ... As will just throwing high cal stuff in the bin... Feels wrong though at the moment... We can do it. And we will!!

FAQs · 16/04/2020 13:46

Can I be added to the spreadsheet Grin I’ve tried but need to create an account etc and it’s my work one 🙈

KTD27 · 16/04/2020 13:47

I think think I’ve added myself !

Tattiebee · 16/04/2020 13:48

Yes and no, very very sensible with meal bits and bobs as to avoid going shopping more than necessary, but the snack cupboard which was well stocked from Christmas etc is getting a hammering. I feel disgusting but just can't stop, I am a stress eater though, 100% always have been. Argh.

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 13:55

Oh @menthollyinsane perhaps the dog was trying to help by stinking out your house and making you not want to eat? Quite thoughtful of him/her really.
I prescribe a good dipping in zoflora for the dyson...not the electric bit though xx

AutumnNymph · 16/04/2020 14:11

I have tidied the spreadsheet up a bit more and sorted alignment. Don'y worry about tweaking name to fit column-width @JonHammIsMyJamm - The rows can be easily widened - if you use Excel Google sheets is very similar.

My lunch plans went slightly awry - instead of rice, dal etc I ended up eating a box of grapes.
Dal, rice etc shall be had for dinner.

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 14:20

Oh I’m too fat to be worrying about how to work the spreadsheet Confused. I’ll just post on here instead.

overwork · 16/04/2020 14:21

Oooh I love a good spreadsheet. Plus the PTCEDYFB diet sounds far more fun than WW. All the days roll into 1 at the minute so having Thursdays as a marker is a start. I think I should join as I need someone to keep an eye on me. We have switched to wearing scrubs at work and I can't get into the large bottoms anymore. Last time I wore scrubs (about 2012), mediums were roomie - so I think that would be a good visual aim for me. I have put on 2st since May last year (started with a bit of inactivity due to appendicitis, but I don't know what continued to go wrong once I got better). And was already 1/2 too heavy then. I weighed 12st 5lbs which is also my heaviest weight but I fear my scales weigh light so it could be more! I'd like to get under 12 ASAP as a first goal, 10st as my end goal.

diege · 16/04/2020 14:31

Random thought that won't help, but I remember signing a fb petition years ago for Cadburys to make a full size (ie Easter egg) creme egg, complete with spoon. I still think it's a go-er...but the company weren't convinced despite the signatures (sadly).
Off to Morrisons now, may have to browse the reduced egg aisle but will Be Good!

Fluffle55 · 16/04/2020 14:35

Please can someone tell me what PTCEDYFB stands for?

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 14:54

Put the cream egg down you fat bastard PTCEDYFB

HairyMaclary · 16/04/2020 14:57

Figured out the spreadsheet and turned kgs into stone. That wasn’t a fun comparison! Anyway, I’m all set, lunch was good, but I’m starving now and constantly thinking about food... All good though, I really want to loose some of this weight.

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 14:58

Never has a discussion about spreadsheets made me laugh so much.

I'm going to enjoy this PTCEDYFB way of dieting!

frenchfries22 · 16/04/2020 15:04

Hello

I’d love to join too please. Started 16:8 again yesterday. Planning to only send DH to the shops he won’t buy anything remotely interesting. My work colleagues have used this time doing countless exercise sessions while I have been eating mostly toast with butter and three weeks have passed. Really need to get myself in check and this is the only time I will have to do this properly. Weighing in at 16 stone 8 which is flabbergasting, must stop eating kids left overs :(

AutumnNymph · 16/04/2020 15:10

@FAQs I can add you to the spreadsheet - weird I turned the link sharing on which means it shouldn't ask you for an account.

I am happy to enter in weights for anyone who wants me to.
