Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Had a bad week generally do expecting a sin but a more positive day today do hoping next week will be better

Queenoftheashes · 29/04/2020 21:14

@diege that happens to me all the time! I always give up and binge. I feel like if I’d kept with it the past four years I’d have surely lost all my weight by now even at a pound a month...

OwlinaTree · 29/04/2020 22:29

So hard when you stick to it and don't lose. If you have a bad week you can accept it.

LimeJellyforBrains · 29/04/2020 22:33

Well seeing as my idea of a diet seems to be just signing up to this thread and weighing myself without actually making much (any) effort to stick to a low calorie diet or do any exercise, I'm not expecting a loss tomorrow....

diege · 29/04/2020 22:49

Queen I'm going to bloody well stick to it come hell or high water. That gorgeous Boden dress I ordered looks great on - only I can't zip it up at the back! Have ordered the next size up, but makes it feel more real!
Good luck for tomorrow everyone! 🍔🥞🍕🍳🥐

lovinglavidaloca · 29/04/2020 22:56

You’re half way there Lime Grin

I worked out tonight that when I started I had 35lbs to my goal and I’m now at 30lbs to go. It feels achievable!

MarkingTimeIm59 · 30/04/2020 05:43

A small gain. To be expected. This week has been horrible.
Fresh start today.
Good luck with your weigh-in today everyone.

diege · 30/04/2020 06:17

As I thought, no movement here, same weight as last Thursday which feels a bit shit as under MFP cals every day plus daily workouts. I'm a slow loser 😂 though, never losing more than a pound or so a week under SW, so will keep going and try not to binge today!
Good for you marking - hopefully a better week ahead.
Good luck to everyone else!

ImperfectTents · 30/04/2020 06:28

11 6 today. Really pleased. I still have noticed any big difference in terms of clothes yet but hopefully that will come. Good luck everyone else.

@diege I think as you get closer to normal a weight it gets harder and maintaining is an achievement

HairyMaclary · 30/04/2020 07:26

Smaller loss this week but still a loss, 1.7lbs. I’ll take that as had a few days of being rubbish with food. Well done to those who have lost and even more kudos to those who haven’t seen a loss but are still sticking to it, that’s when it’s really tricky!

JonHammIsMyJamm · 30/04/2020 07:38

My scales need new batteries, so I need to get some when I go to the supermarket today. I’ll weigh and add to the spreadsheet tomorrow, as I weigh first thing in the morning. I don’t hold out much hope though as even though I’ve done slightly better diet wise this week, I’m pre-menstrual and so probably have a bit more water onboard.

Fedupandpoor · 30/04/2020 07:40

145 so a loss of 2lb 🙂 Although my scales are not very accurate.

Onthebrink67 · 30/04/2020 07:49

Stayed the same here which is probably a let off given the week I’ve had but this week will be better. Well done to all those that lost this week.

cashmerecardigans · 30/04/2020 07:55

Another teeny quarter of a pound off here. I’m in the @LimeJellyforBrains camp though as haven’t really done very much differently since signing up, so I’ll take any loss, however small Smile

cashmerecardigans · 30/04/2020 07:57

Although have just celebrated said teeny loss with a cup of tea and a totally unnecessary biscuit, so have probably just put it back on Grin

menthollyinsane · 30/04/2020 07:58

Just 1lb this week

Well done to everyone for sticking with it for two weeks. Lots of people have dropped out so let's just keep going. I would definitely be quite a few pounds heavier had I carried on eating as I was so slowly but surely.

2.5 pounds on for me and now I am the heaviest I have been in 5 years. A bit frustrated as I have been sticking to a healthy diet and have upped my exercise. However, I do have an UTI so maybe its water retention? I shall hope for the best and stick to healthy habits. Hoping to make up for the loss this week. Onwards and downwards.

Well done to all the losers!

menthollyinsane · 30/04/2020 08:10

Sorry to hear that @AutumnNymph It will come right next week.

OP posts:
Fabulodosus · 30/04/2020 08:14

2.5 off for me... I'm amazed as whilst I tried hard it's the first time in YEARS that I've kept going past the first week!

Fabulodosus · 30/04/2020 08:16

Hope you feel better soon @AutumnNymph

Thanks for that last sentence @menthol that's the sort of thing I need to keep at the forefront of my head!

Steala · 30/04/2020 08:17

I've gained a pound. This is not going well. I think my problem is that I identify as a naturally thin person who can eat whatever they want.

Fluffle55 · 30/04/2020 08:47

2lb off for me. I'm really pleased as I had an entire rolo Easter egg. But I suppose looking at the bigger picture, all my meals were really good and I tried really hard to not eat anything else. Well done to all you losers and gainers still sticking with it.

lovinglavidaloca · 30/04/2020 08:52

Well done all of you Star

FAQs · 30/04/2020 09:00

2lb off this week, 5 fat bricks gone, well down everyone! And don’t be disheartened those who haven’t, with determination you’ll get there.

meow1989 · 30/04/2020 09:06

137.3 - 3lbs 2 in total Smile

I'm pleased as have been really trying to manage calories since Monday (using mfp) but it's boring- apparently snacking is my main hobby! Grin

Maybe I'll try and loose enough so that when I ultimately go back to snacking and gain itll be a slower burner to a weight I'm unhappy with! Can't believe that as a late teenager i was under 110lbs (and looked I'll for ot) Blush
