Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

I didn't start properly until yesterday .. I'm using Fitbit and Nutracheck .. going for 2 walks a day aiming for over 12000 each day and 1400 calories .. I usually cheat by not counting calories in wine !!! Not this time .. I'm horrified !!! ... no wonder the weight was sticking ... will have an Options hot choc tonight and a Freddo !

Been doing okay.
Trying to stick to meals, rather than grazing and also not eating anything after 9pm.
I actually don’t think about food when I am busy or engrossed in a task. I am definitely someone who eats when bored! 😬

Echo confusion over day of the week - and I’m working full time so you’d think I’d know the difference between Monday and Wednesday!
Made an insane mushroom risotto with dill and a dash of brandy last night - with side salad and those coop low cal ice cream sticks. Only 68 cals and half the price of halo!

I won't be trying Aldi's dried pasta and sauce again Envy (sick not envy) Forced it down but took some effort! 🤪 Think I'll make some gnocchi later and have with a tomato sauce.
Still in the zone but weakening. Hoping for a pound off on Thursday - what I always seem to lose on diets!

Mmm homemade gnocchi was lovely - I could eat that again! 😁
Have managed a Davina HIT workout with dc3 which felt far harder than when I did it on Monday...Spurred on by dc6's proclamation of my 'lovely jelly arms' this morning Blush Just have to hold on fur a few more hours without opening the chocolate!

Stuck to pita bread studded with feta, cucumber, onion, grated carrot and peppers with some tzatziki. Slightly sideswiped by some m and s mini eggs and half a double decker though. Am craving toast for no reason at all, which isn't helping but sticking with a cup of tea for now

Well I had a cheat weekend which extended into today and rounded it all off nicely with a takeaway pizza. Was lovely though. Can't quite get my head in it for some reason. I am constantly knackered, even though I'm sleeping well. The days I go into work I could sleep by 8 and the days I WFH I could sleep by lunchtime 😂
I feel like this is such a good opportunity for me, I have been embarrassed to go out recently anyway as none of my clothes fit, but I'm struggling!
Sugar and pizza are my poison!

Hi all, so pleased to hear about the ‘mixed bags’ of eating - me too! I am eating less snacks though so that’s a good thing. I feel like I’ve lost some flab around the middle but suspect it’s my imagination.Can’t decide if I’m looking forward to Thursday or not!

Hi all. Not a great day for me today, feeling really crap. Fed up of working from home!

Food wise ok, overnight oats, homemade minestrone soup for lunch, ham and fruit, had a run, fishcakes and homemade chips for tea. All ok. Little bit of chocolate with a cuppa for supper.

Weighted myself today, no movement yet on the scales Sad

Hope today is better for you owl, though food at least seemed really good!
Had an awful night - broken water pipe in kitchen, half a foot of water downstairs, and emergency plumber at 2am needed 😩😩😩 I'm heading downstairs now to assess the damage. On a more positive note my kitchen floor is the cleanest it's been for months 🤣
Hoping to build on my resulting lack of appetite today. Have a fruit and veg box being delivered today, so looking forward to that (not that I'm a huge fruit and veg fan!).

Managed a day without cheating yesterday, a couple of crackers with homemade whipped feta dip/spread for breakfast, homemade meatballs in tomato sauce with packet rice for lunch and salad with chirizo for dinner. No snacking. Have put on 8 of my lost 30 lbs.
Back to school today for 2 full days. Due to self isolating, illness andvthe way the rota fell, it's my first day back in nearly 5 weeks.
I feel so tense! I am going back to 16.8 today though, apple packed for break and a tin of soup for lunch.
I do have to go shopping after work so am hoping I resist buying anything too naughty!

I am an all or nothing type. I am doing the 18 6 so I miss breakfast. This means I can have a normal evening meal which is the bloody highlight of my day . Once I have had dinner I am a bit lost. I am knitting to stop me thinking about snacks. Why can't I eat like a normal person and not end up in this place, dieting is so dull!

Hi everyone so I joined this thread on Sunday said I was going to start Monday. Unfortunately that didn't happen.
Wont bore you with all the details but lock down is hard due to a few issues.
Anyway I started yesterday and had a good day, going to carry on from here aswell.
So i'm going to weigh in with you all tomorrow, I'm not expecting a loss or anything obviously but want to get on the same weigh in schedule as you all.
just need to up my exercise now.
oh and when I joined this thread I was soouting , just name changed this morning Smile

@diege what an absolute nightmare!! That's all you need at the moment, hope you get it all sorted out.
@ImperfectTents I totally get where you're coming from. I'm all or nothing, my finger is hovering over the fuck it button all the time. It's not even like I eat massively different food when I'm trying to lose weight, just without all the chocolate and snacks it is like you say, terribly dull.

@ImperfectTents I’m like you, something has to switch in my brain otherwise I cheat. I’m in that place at the moment and hoping it’ll last, the last time I was in this frame of mind I kept going for four months and lost a total of 30lb and dress size 14 down to 10.

Absolutely @FAQs and @Fluffle55 I am in the zone. I checked myfitnesspal. I have been using it on and off since 2012 and this is the heaviest I have been. Hopefully a few months of dullness will sort me out.

Sympathies @diege this is a terrible time to have a plumbing disaster
