Anyone else been scoffing non stop since lockdown?

Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Good day so far guys! Had a ham and cheese sandwich and that will be it until dinner. Having pasta bolonese, the hard part will be not eating this evening!

It's not even 2pm and I'm shattered.

Had a late (10am) breakfast and lunch just now - tea at 6pm so hoping to avoid the 3 - 5pm wobblies, and will work whilst DP looks after DS.

Not a bad day so far food-wise. Chicken soup and left over Quorn cottage pie for lunch. Apple for snack.
jonhamm Id like to think I was impressive but just trying to juggle many things and not really doing well at any of them! I'm a uni lecturer and things very stressful at the moment with everything on line etc. Kids have had a 3 hour lunch break while I reply to 2 week old emails.
I could murder a packet of chocolate digestives! 😩

Mixed bag here. Not specifically dieting. But not eating that much either.
I seem to be down a few lbs from what was the highest I ever want to be when this thread started. (13.13)
I do need to avoid the temptation to bake now I have the time to!

hey all - checking back in. I had a wobbly day yesterday with loads of sweets and fatty stuff. Calories wise still wasn't too bad but ii barely ate anything healthy. My periods came in this morning and I am having another gloriously lazy day. Food-wise been much better today.

I was good til last night. Then biscuits and waffles called my name and I went running.
I groan in empathy when I read of others who have also slipped off the wagon. But I know that we can ALL do this. We are strong.

I really need something to fill the gap. I may bag all the bad stuff up and drop it round at my mum's to take care of (socially distancing of course) until after lock down (hopefully she'll eat it instead of me).

@tigerbear I love those little eggy muffin things! And so does my toddler! We had similar for lunch except I did a big frittata and cut it up in wedges for the 3 of us. Had it with baked beans. Trying to fill myself up on good things.

I managed another run this morning! Did 20 minutes this time. I just have to stick with it because once it became a habit a few years ago I loved running.

What’s on the menu for dinner? I’m thinking l’ll make a chilli. (Anyone else constantly think about food and the next meal/snack since lockdown?!)

I’ve had a good week so far. I just had my lunch (late lunch). I had noodles and a yoghurt and wasn’t full so had a one finger twix which I shouldn’t have had (not the end of the world I know). I just still feel like I want to eat more. I’m not exactly hungry but I want to be fuller.
I’m going to do some cleaning to see if that passes the moment. Why is it so hard not to make a total pig of myself?

Hi everyone Smile I've had a cheat weekend. One bottle of red and no calorie counting but I have tried to eat small portions. Back on the intermittant fasting tomorrow!

Yesterday was quite good - felt so motivated by you lot, I fired up the old Samsung Health app on my phone and logged my calories - god that was tedious, not sure I'll bother again! Grin Also wore my phone all day in a bumbag so it could count my steps and managed just over 4,000 by including a 20 min walk to the local shop and back a longer way. My legs barely worked, I've used them so little recently. Have no idea what I'm doing diet-wise really, apart from roughly 16/8 and trying not to pig out so much when I'm bored/fed up/tired. DS1 helped me find and save a 4-min Zumba beginners' class on YouTube (yes, 4 mins!) but that's as far as it went, I haven't actually done it Hmm.

We're all the same aren't we? Had to stop myself picking on the dcs skinny chips 🍟 (bar around 6 of them) despite having a huge tuna baked potato in front of me. Feeling full but only have 38 cals left on MyFitnessPal so that's me done for the night 😩 Will have to go to bed at 9!

DH has taken to bed with man flu (probably exhaustion and stress, tbh) and DD is holed up in her pit, so it’s just me, the hound and the tv remote. MUST. NOT. SCOFF.

I am trying not to eat my exercise calories back!! Don't want to make another cuppa as I'll end up having a biscuit or 3. Might brush my teeth to stop me eating anything else tonight! And go to bed with a book so I'm occupied and further away from the kitchen!

I'm the same with a cuppa rum! not worth the risk of a biscuit. Just can't do it without one.
So just as I thought I'd had another 'good' day under my belt, the lure of the Hotel Chocolat goodie bag was too much 😩 Just one bunny and a slice of the chocolate egg sandwich, but well over my limit now 😔 I have mentally squared it by 'borrowing ' from my calorie overdraft until tomorrow 🤣

Hi guys, seems like a mixed bag of days! Lots of great meal ideas, I'm going to try the mini omelettes, I'd totally forgotten about those. Also reading through this reminded me to make my overnight oats for tomorrow, so thank you. Have had quite a peaceful day here today. I made minestrone soup this evening, so that's lunch sorted for the rest of the week. It has kale in it, feels very virtuous!

Weigh in for SW tomorrow so will see what the effect of the weekend was!

It wasn’t a great day yesterday just kept picking at things. It’s not really hunger just a mixture of habit and boredom. Hoping today is a better day. Good luck to everyone

Morning all! Determined to 'manage' my treats better today. Will keep them until the evening I think; mid afternoon chocolate leaves me with nothing to look forward to! 🤣

Had a sneaky weigh in this morning and have managed to put on a pound, so this is not going well! I'm blaming the lag effect of way too much eating and WAAYYY too much wine as I was off work last week. Even so, it's a bit depressing. I will plough on with better choices today and at least am off the wine until the weekend as back at work now.

I’m not expecting to lose this week either @cashmerecardigans. I think I’ll have some flab lag from last week. Anything will be a bonus, even a ‘stick’ (no loss/no gain).

I’ve been up a couple hours, just been on the treadmill for w2r2 ofc25k and not had breakfast yet, just a cup of tea. Shower and then a couple of boiled eggs, I think. I’ll check in later. Have a good day all.

Morning all, hope we are all hanging in there. Like some PP's I'm concerned that the volume of troughing will impact Thursdays weigh in! Because of this, I would be happy with 1lb off! In fact, I'd be happy with 1lb off every week to be honest. Slow and steady and all that.
