Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Welcome @LimeJellyforBrains I am also 5'4 so not very tall. Every pound shows, mainly around my middle. My arms and legs aren't too bad but my stomach is huge. Good luck.

@diege that is a massive reduction in steps isn't it. My saving grace is that I have a dog to walk otherwise my step count would pretty much be zilch.

My stomach and chest are so big compared with the rest of me (short, 5 3) which is tolerable. I wish I could just squish the fat around a bit to even it up. I don’t want a gaunt face.

Urgh, fed up today. DH is not interacting with teen DC in a helpful way, he thinks it’s my fault, I think it’s his fault. No one wants to go back to school tomorrow. As a result I ate 4 slices of toast with butter and peanut butter for breakfast. This is how I got fat...

I will pull it back today though. Just because the day started badly doesn’t mean it has to end badly! I just need to believe that now!

Oh @HairyMaclary, I feel your pain. DH and I had a similar day yesterday, only we rowed about the dog. Pathetic, I know but it tells you how tense we all are. 4 weeks in lockdown and the cracks are starting to show...

I want to snack but dinner will be ready at 4ish, so I’m going to head upstairs to the treadmill to start week2 of c25k. Distraction is the name of the game.

Commiserations to those experiencing home tensions! As the only adult in the house I can at least pretend that I'm in charge Hmm
I've just tried the recommended Fitness Blender on youtube. Feel ill after a 25 min HIT workout - think I'll be sticking to Davina 😩 At least it's done!

Will try and fit a walk in this evening but for now it's Series 2 of You interspersed with The Walking Dead. Back to work tomorrow combined with home 'schooling' Hmmso making the most of my free time!

Half way-ish through before weigh in everyone!

Finished. Boiling now but feel better. To be honest @, I’d already postponed that run. I should’ve done it when I first got up but couldn’t be arsed Blush. So I killed two birds with one stone by getting it done now. I’ve been a bit half arsed food wise since starting this, so it’s about time I made an effort on snack-avoidance.

I have 3 eggs if I have scrambled egg or omelette. I've had a busy ish day. Did a bit of cleaning and then went for a run. Come home and had v relaxing shower, then a bit of light gardening. Exhausted now! I'm back working in Monday too, working from home and home schooling my 6yo. BBQ is smelling pretty good, it will be ready at about 6 apparently...

Can I join? Just weighed myself at 12st1! Before lockdown I was back on it and had 1st. Nearly put it all back on again! I can't stop eating biscuits and crisps to deal with the stress of wfm with the dc. I'm definitely an emotional eater- happy, sad, stressed, excited it does t matter I eat through it! Am 5ft3 so would like to get to a normal bmi - 9.7st. First goal 11st7.

Yesterday was a bad day, I eat when i'm stressed/emotional/bored. Have been trying harder today. Only snacks i've had is a low fat yoghurt,orange,banana & a 2 finger kitkat, that's good for me as once I have the 1st bit of chocolate then it's a downward spiral.
I'm also trying to drink more, when i'm at home I can literally go most of the day without drinking I forget.
Didn't manage a walk today but I was up and down the stairs putting laundry away, surely that counts lol

I had dominos for dinner 🙈 However, I cooked lots of green veg to have on the side and made myself eat that first then ate a few slices with it. Normally I’d just wolf a whole pizza!
I also resisted the mini egg cakes in the larder (they are my favourite) and instead did the most thorough clean, scrubbing all the skirting boards and pulling everything out! Got a bit of a sweat on so hoping I burned some calories.

Today I went for a walk in some nearby woods and then split off from DH and Dds to go for a jog, I managed to run for 10 minutes without stopping. It’s my first run in probably coming up 2 years so I was quite pleased. Probably won’t be able to walk tomorrow though ha!

Stay strong everyone imagine how good we will feel coming out of lockdown looking like Jennifer Aniston 💪

Hello everyone, I'm here, I really am, just struggling to keep up with posts.

Food has been okish over the weekend - it was DP's birthday so although I don't drink, I did eat a bit more than I should...but it was homemade cake, so forgivable!

I'll be a saint from now until weigh in Thursday, and will make sure I have a brisk walk everyday too, rather than every other.

I did ok yesterday but woke up at 3am and came downstairs and ate two slices of toast with butter and honey and two bucket size portions of coco pops plus three mini meringue nests. Then I went back to bed with stomach ache.

What the fuck is wrong with me. I do however feel sufficient guilt to try harder today. Much harder!

Yesterday was a good day for me and it has motivated me to keep that focus through to weigh-day.

@menthollyinsane & @Minnie123456, we’re into a fresh new week. Turn the page and start again with a new resolve. Post here when you feel the urge to snack. Yesterday I found getting on the treadmill really helpful when I wanted to snack but I guess any distraction would also work, so I’ll be trying a similar strategy again today with different distractions as obviously I can’t get on the treadmill 3-4 times a day Grin.

A birthday with a bit of homemade cake is forgivable, for sure, @HouseTornado.

I’ve been up since 7 (when the dog gets up) and haven’t had my breakfast yet. Holding off until I really want it. I don’t know what to have. Trying to avoid sugary stuff to protect my teeth.

@menthollyinsane - just move on today. This stuff just happens sometimes. Don't worry too much - I'm in the same position after the birthday cake situation.

I've not had breakfast yet as will be doing Joe Wicks with DS at 9am, so will have porridge and fruit at 10am in the garden inbetween working and home-fucking-schooling.

Lunch is egg on toast, dinner is homemade chilli and rice, though I may swap my rice for salad (woo hoo).

I might have boiled eggs and soldiers for breakfast. Or maybe just eggs, scrap the bread as it bloats me like a puffer fish.
