Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Thanks @menthollyinsane I think I've added myself to the spreadsheet ?! Confused

Good luck to everyone!

JonHammIsMyJamm · 17/04/2020 17:49

Fuck it.

I’ve just eaten two kitkats (2finger) and 4 Thornton’s chocolates.

FGS

feelingnervousnow · 17/04/2020 19:06

Come on you lot, this is not good enough. It’s day 2!!
Tomorrow is another day. Keep your lips closed!

Janaih · 17/04/2020 19:11

This is why I'm not ready to join you people yet Grin

HouseTornado · 17/04/2020 19:19

Bit behind - day been busy - so just catching up.

All good on food but got that fuck it it's Friday feeling....luckily no choc in the house but there are nuts....

AutumnNymph · 17/04/2020 19:22

@JonHammIsMyJamm walk away slowly and take a deep breath. This It's a war, not a battle - we don't let pesky chocolate beat us (atleast not all the time)

I have had a decent day today mainly because I have slept through most of it. DD 8 has been stuck to the screen and I drifted off for a monster nap.

I have had an early dinner and my exercise for the day is hoovering and getting on top of household chores. I am recovering from a bout of fluishness that lasted close to two weeks and am still fatigued from that.

The spreadsheet shall be cleaned up tomorrow

Sharon89 · 17/04/2020 19:24

I joined SlimmingWorld after Christmas and lost a stone but since lock down I’ve put it back on, I have 16 stone to lose and really don’t know what to do ☹️

tigerbear · 17/04/2020 19:39

How did everyone do with dinner?
Have tried really hard today, had omelette for breakfast, no lunch or snacks, and lentil and butternut squash for dinner (no rice)
Did my first run in about a year earlier.
I say run, but is was more of a walk/jog for 30 min, but better than nothing I suppose!

menthollyinsane · 17/04/2020 19:55

@Sharon89 that must be really overwhelming for you. You say that you managed to lose a stone so you can definitely do this. Everyone on this thread will all agree that losing weight is easier said than done but it is possible.

Stay with us and keep posting, you can do this. Tomorrow can be the start of a new you 🌻

Dinner was good but I’m cross with myself on the chocolate blip. Thanks for the kick up the arse, @feelingnervousnow. I need a bit of tough love.

Well done @tigerbear, sounds like a great day for you.

@Sharon89, welcome to the club. Try not to think of all the weight at once, if it’s too overwhelming. Break it down into smaller, achievable goals; half a stone or a stone at a time and you’ll get there. You’ve done so well to lose a stone previously, you know you can do it. We’re here to chat and talk you off the ledge when that tiger loaf/Mars Bar/wheel of cheese is calling.

menthollyinsane · 17/04/2020 20:33

I had roast chicken and veg for lunch and stupidly I had a scone with butter, jam and cream around 4.30 and then the guilt kicked in so I didn't have any dinner to make up for it. I'm hungry so I've gone to bed. It's only 8.30 but I can't trust myself to be downstairs near the kitchen.

We are really running low on food now so have nothing in. Dinner was brown pasta and soup at 5, desperately trying not to eat anything now! Making a cup of tea and taking the baby up to bed so I can’t come back down again.

OwlinaTree · 17/04/2020 20:52

Hi guys, sounds like some good days have been had. I had overnight oats for breakfast, then ended up not having lunch till about 3:30. I had some sushi from Tesco - what a treat! Just about to have dinner, chicken breast pizza and chips. Been a bit picky over the afternoon, had healthy stuff but feeling really hungry!! Resisting a drink this evening Halo

hazandduck · 17/04/2020 20:53

Can I join just to try and stay motivated? If I carry on as I am I will turn in to a biscuit! Had my second baby 10 weeks ago and though I only gained a stone and a half with her I still was half a stone heavier after having my eldest in 2017 so really I’ve at least a stone I want to shift and if I manage that another half a stone. I also just want a healthier lifestyle in general. I’ve logged back in to my fitness pal today for the first time in over a year and it was depressing to see my old weight on there! Did a 20 min workout on YouTube and want to start couchto5k (did it a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it.)

Hope everyone is doing well and not beating themselves up too much - tomorrow is a new day :)

OwlinaTree · 17/04/2020 20:58

@Sharon89 I'm also a member of slimming world, I lost just over 3 stone on it. I really like that you can basically eat family meals with a few tweaks and still have treats - I need a little bit of sweetness to keep me on track. I'm glad there's some more SW people on here!

ImperfectTents · 17/04/2020 21:46

I was doing really well until dh made rhubarb crumble . Must do better

RaskolnikovsGarret · 17/04/2020 22:01

Hello, I’d love to join. I usually lurk on these threads but I’m too scared to join. Thurs weigh ins suit me. I’m 8:12 and would like to get to 7:7, although I’d be happy with 7:12. I’ve got bad depression and some other MH issues exacerbated (like all of us I’m sure) by isolation. Seeing my thighs inflate isn’t helping, so I need to be slim again soon.

Thanks all. I’ll do low cal / low carb or something, and I need to stop bingeing in the evenings.

Minnie123456 · 17/04/2020 22:04

We had a bbq for tea I was so ready for it as I only had a bowl of cereal and a Blue Ribbon bar all day.
Starting to struggle a bit now, this is normally when I would get out the chocolate & biscuits, im trying hard not to do it.

diege · 17/04/2020 22:41

I've had a similar pattern of eating tonight. Healthy tea of chicken, salad and potatoes but then the biscuit tin beckoned 😩 albeit just a few rich teas. I love my rich teas - 5 a day with Slimming World (or two with my beloved walnut whips). For once Ive just squeezed into my calorie target with MyFitnessPal rather than tutting and ignored the blasted notifications that I haven't logged in for my meals 🤣
Welcome to the new members - we can all do this! As long as we climb back onto the wagon every morning we'll get there!

Bailey29 · 17/04/2020 23:23

Massive binge and feel guilty. I just think what's the point? It started off with healthy stuff but has ended in nutella sandwiches. Why do I do this? 😭

TheVeryThing · 17/04/2020 23:31

Try not to beat yourself up, Bailey, tomorrow is another day.
I was doing fine until dh suggested a takeaway for dinner. I ate better than yesterday though and did my exercise this morning.

tigerbear · 17/04/2020 23:50

Fuck, just eaten a load of mini eggs 😬

diege · 18/04/2020 00:07

At least they're mini ones and not Easter eggs?!Wink

AutumnNymph · 18/04/2020 00:48

Spreadsheet fairly prettied up and formulas etc added. Can I ask everyone to kindly go back and check their converted lb weight is correct and also enter their goal weight please? :D

I have also added some instructions on a separate tab. All suggestions to make the spreadsheet more useful and prettier/more readable more than welcome.

Good night you lot!

tigerbear · 18/04/2020 01:27

@diege I guess 😬😬
Thanks @AutumnNymph, will add myself to the sheet in the morning.
