Lets March into Spring Shedding

Morning, thought I would start a new thread for March as it has been such a good thread again in February. I think the supportive atmosphere really helps us all. I'm hoping to be dead on 9stone by the end of March, currently 9st3.25 (total loss of 8 pounds).

Aw thanks guys, I'm chuffed. It was actually Jan 13th I sorted scales so I figure I'm very close to a stone off. I'm going to ditch my pb and add a bit to meal out this evening. Hope you're all doing well.

Weighed in at 9st2 this morning. Had a mega stressful day with my Son today and work and feeling unwell still. Have eaten the following:

Breakfast - 2 Oatcakes (266)
Galaxy bar (229)
Maltesers buny (157)
I oatcake (133)
2 pieces of cheese on toast and a few crisps. Again not healthily but really hasn't been a good day.

Hopefully the cheese on toast and crisps didn't come to more than 700 calories.

Busy day for me tomorrow so I'm planning ahead now.
Breakfast: small.portion porridge with water and two scrambled egg for a change' banana if needed!
Lunch mushroom.soup
Snack almonds
Dinner: chicken curry with small portion potatoes and broccoli salad.

Yesterday wasn't great at all for me, came in at 1750 :(
Today is also going to be hard as we're having pizza this evening:
On-the-day oats Grin 235 - I mixed oats with some greek yoghurt and a tiny bit of skimmed milk to loosen it up and ate it straight away
Lunch - miso soup - 30
Pizza - I just totted up all the ingredients and it came to 900 Shock

My sinuses are at me at the moment which is making me feel a bit miserable. I'm also pretty sure it's not COVID-19!

Sorry you're feeling rough Twixes, some of these bugs are nasty. Weighed in at 9st1 this morning, but have eaten two cereal bars and quite a lot of Galaxy bar today. Letting myself off a bit though cause I still feel shit.

I didn't manage the miso soup. I started to get really hungry so I had some chilli beetroot (it's from Tesco and has to be one of the most delicious foods in the world ever) and then made some homemade tomato soup. Working from home has some big advantages!

No more food now until the pizza later. I should be at about 1500 today. Not as low as I'd like but if I wasn't tracking I'd easily be at 2000.

@Twixes hang in there. When you're unwell, your body needs support to get better so go easy. Same with @Octopus37. Try and get some rest of you can.

Things would be so much easier if we just had ourselves to think about lol.

I'm going through the hungry phase now. Sneaked a millionaire bite earlier but I logged it and I will still come in under.
Today is the same as yesterday food wise.
We are going for a meal tomorrow so I'll be as good as I can through the day and mitigate as best I can. I do have exercise calories to dip into if I need to.

I need to make this more of a new normal so I've got to make it fit around my life.

Must look into the chilli beetroot! My hearty breakfast was amazing this morning and definitely suits me to eat early. Looking forward to my curry later. Octopus hope you feel better.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Ate chocolate, crisps and a Chinese take away last night, tbh on reflection apart from the chocolate it wasn't worth it. Not surprisingly up a pound a a half today to 9st2.5. Meeting my friend in Reading today, jus had one a a half oatcakes, that's all that was left and 7 almonds. (cals about 270).

Friday nights after a tough week can be written off. Enjoy time with your friend.I had a much bigger dinner than usual and a few glasses of prosecco. Definitely feeling some cravings today and this is the weekend I fell last month ie after period... coincidence? So I'm going to have to be ready for it and push through as it was too painful getting back to it. Will log yesterday fully now. Eating porridge and blueberries now. Hope everyone has a nice weekend ahead!

@Heygirlheyboy fingers crossed pushing through, I personally can't, so I've planned in some calorie counted chocolate, but whatever works for you

Going to name change later, will come up with something similar so you all know it's still me!

I really am addicted so I can't include it as it's too difficult unfortunately. I've logged my day including lots of carbs and cheese lol but staying within my limit. They've taken another 8 cals off my budget since Thurs weigh in Hmm

Right logged for the day. 125 over but not end of the world and got a bit of a walk in. Ono done for the morning. Had yummy meals and haven't slashed tyres so that's good enough.
