Morning, thought I would start a new thread for March as it has been such a good thread again in February. I think the supportive atmosphere really helps us all. I'm hoping to be dead on 9stone by the end of March, currently 9st3.25 (total loss of 8 pounds).

Thank you!
winter, have you found success doing it this way?

winterisstillcoming · 01/04/2020 17:23

Definitely. I'm down 5lb this month.

MonsteraCheeseplant · 01/04/2020 17:41

Wow, well done!

Can I ask a stupid question? Do you weigh your food raw or cooked? I can't imagine weighing cooked rice or pasta, I just weigh it before. Is that right?

Igglepigglesgrubbyblanket · 01/04/2020 18:37

Hi @monster I weigh stuff dry, but also use American cup measurements for cooked stuff like rice and pasta.
How's everyone's day gone? I've been very off and on this week. Todays food for accountability:
B. porridge with berries & a coffee (220)
L. Cheese and ham toastie with salad (500)
S. homemade fairy cake & grapes (150-200ish)
D: soy ginger chicken, cup of white rice, peas (450)
Total about 1350, might have another cupcake or an apple later.
Not managing many steps with only going out once a day, maybe will do a yoga video after I put the kids to bed.

Hi all, had a stomach bug the last few days, so eating is all over the place. I'll eat intuitively and wait till things have settled down before weighing again.

Welcome @Monstera

Hi all, checking in to say hello. I've been eating badly but will weigh now and log it.

Heygirlheyboy · 03/04/2020 11:22

9 stone 7.5 Hmm That's three weeks of totally off track sugar consumption. Could have been worse.

Hi @Heygirlheyboy we've moved to an April thread. See link above :)
