I was very grumpy to find I was still 16.4 this morning after a 6 mile walk yesterday, I felt very wobbly this morning but pulled it round. Banana for breakfast, Soup and crackers for lunch followed by pineapple, a wholemeal bread roll with homemade beef burger, salad and 125g of oven chips today, came in at 1196kcals and I went for a walk after work with a colleague so hit my 10,000 steps. Happy with that Smile Praying to see 16”3 on the scales in the morning!

JessJonesJumps · 20/01/2020 22:48

I did OMAD today and bought a new water bottle - because I don't drink enough water. But otoh my eating window was much longer than it should have been. No idea what impact that will have on the scales tomorrow.

@JontyDoggle37 I hope you're feeling better Flowers

Tryingtwo · 20/01/2020 22:58

Hi @AdventureTravelDreamer hope you're okay today.

recklessgran · 20/01/2020 23:02

@Tryingtwo the scotch eggs were lovely - not pretty, but they were tasty. The pack of sausagemeat only covered 3 of the eggs and I cooked them for longer than half an hour as they still looked a bit anaemic so I think they got another 20 minutes actually. The sausagemeat shrank during the cooking so there were a few gaps where the egg showed through but they were nice and one was enough. 2 left over in the fridge for tomorrow.

DownUdderer · 21/01/2020 05:18

I've had a dip in the sea today, lovely. I'm planning steak with veggies for dinner. We're planning another trip to the beach tomorrow. I'm thankful that as a family we've enjoyed this long hot summer (here is Australia) we've been to the beach a lot.

DownUdderer · 21/01/2020 05:22

But, I’m counting down until the kids are back at school!

JontyDoggle37 · 21/01/2020 06:16

Quick check in as I’m off to London, it’s my early day.
@JessJonesJumps thanks for checking on me again, forgot to post yesterday as felt crappy again and was also really busy, bloody cough will not go!
Back down to 12st 5.1, lowest I’ve been this month was 12.3, and if I’m to hit the January target of 7lbs I’ve got some hard work to do this week, but I’ve got some extra motivation now - a couple of events coming up where I need to wear a posh frock!

Egghead68 · 21/01/2020 06:34

Morning. 65.7kg. Need to at least not gain any more weight today!

cricketmum84 · 21/01/2020 07:07

Morning :)

Another pound down! That's 3lbs since Saturday doing OMAD!

Back in the office today though so I need to try and eat a bit more as I tend to go a bit dizzy on an afternoon with it. Another extremely busy day today, I think my entire day is booked out to meetings!

Plan for today is - numerous coffees either black or with almond milk! Work fruit bowl is always overflowing so I'll keep going with lots of fruit during the day. Don't have a firm plan for lunch yet but may just see how I go on with the fruit. I've got a pack of those low cal pea snacks from aldi in my bag too.

Dinner is jackfruit curry! I put it in chilli all the time but watched a cookery programme a few weeks ago where they said it originates from south India and is traditionally added to curry so thought I would give it a go. Just deciding whether to do cauli rice or to use up the rest of my beetroot stems before they wilt. Might even do both as both ww point free! Or even put the stems in the curry like spinach!

Have a great day everyone :)

Getting back down to where I was. Did a good workout last night and DH is out tonight so I can do another in peace Grin

AdventureTravelDreamer · 21/01/2020 07:54

Morning all. Thanks for checking in on me @Tryingtwo. Had a difficult weekend where I felt hungry and fed up with the whole thing. I am so in awe of those of you who have been doing this consistently for months!! Anyway despite being in a grump about it all I didn't cave (I just ranted at DH!!) and weighed the same on Monday morning as I did on Friday morning so no damage done.

This morning however I am 2.4lbs heavier than yesterday!!! How can that be when I ate a max of 1300 calories yesterday! Have just made myself a salad for lunch, mainly because there was a fair bit of salad stuff to use in the fridge.

Anyway I will try to find my grit and stick to it. Sorry for the moan, hearing about other people's losses is lovely and genuinely helps me keep hope and stay on track Smile

Skyejuly · 21/01/2020 08:06

Up up 2lbs from yesterday too. I shouldnt weigh daily lol x

NerrSnerr · 21/01/2020 08:10

Hi all. The thread fell off my active list so have been quiet. Weight has stayed the same the last couple of days so can't complain. I'm 6lbs down this month so should do the target if I keep at it.

Onesmallstep67 · 21/01/2020 08:16

15.9 this morning, that's weight not my planned fast ! Walked to the doctor's and back yesterday and did 10k+ on the exercise bike in the evening. Food intake was better but still too many little extras which all add up over the course of the day.
Hoping to do another walk later as psychologically it helps me to feel I am making a positive effort in tackling my weight and improving my health.
Have a good day everyone Smile

MsTSwift · 21/01/2020 08:24

Still knocked out by this cold so no exercise for a week now. It’s all I can do to function no energy left for turbo sessions

Got into a pattern now and seem to be maintaining not losing just just over 10 st bmi 22. Would like to lose abit more. Can’t really eat any less though

Egghead68 · 21/01/2020 09:25

Hope you get well soon @MsTSwift. I'm the same. My BMI is around 21 now and I just can't seem to shift any more (but need to lose another 5kg on medical advice for a specific health reason). I am just trying to at least maintain.

Way to go @cricketmum84! I will have to try this OMAD thing!

Congratulations to everyone else who is keeping going.

BeyondFlubeInclusionaryRF · 21/01/2020 09:50

I'm down 9lbs total today, half an inch off both my waist and hips.

I imagine it would be more, but I went to bingo last night and had chips and cake Blush

JessJonesJumps · 21/01/2020 10:07

Well done on all the losses!
I'm down a little since yesterday which is good. I've realised that if I walk as my exercise I don't lose but if I do circuits or yoga then I lose. I'm writing it down so I remember Smile
Good luck everyone with busy meeting days today! I have a late meeting tonight so I will need to try to eat dinner before it or I won't be eating till 10pm.

Somesortofzilla · 21/01/2020 10:08

Morning all! Busy day today so my FD has no choice but to go to plan Grin

I'll pop on tomorrow and have a read through everything. Hope everyone has a great day.

Waves @recklessgran hope all is going well on your side

Tryingtwo · 21/01/2020 10:23

Good morning all, thanks for the tips recklessgran I'll add them as notes to the recipe.
AdventureTravelDreamer glad to see you. You did better than me, I snacked a lot on both Saturday and Sunday and it was really hard to get back on track yesterday. My gain was mostly water I would bet all of your is and will disappear just as quickly.
Really glad the scales have started moving in the right direction cricketmum84
Breakfast: Porridge counting it as 221 but quite a bit less as dgs2 decided to help me and brought his spoon! 1 pint water drunk.

Skyejuly · 21/01/2020 10:27

My clothes are certainly looser by far! I really can notice it in how I feel x

recklessgran · 21/01/2020 10:31

Morning all. Still the same weight this morning and have been for 3 days. This is the problem with daily weighing but I just can't resist. I don't actually feel that bothered since I know i haven't cheated and I'm in this for the long haul. Over 2 stone still to go.
I've been browsing clothes online and fantasizing about my new slimmer wardrobe and styles that I haven't been able to wear for years.I'm feeling confident enough to start buying in a 14 instead of my usual 16. My bread baby is shrinking [I've lost 3 inches from my waist already.] This is very motivating. Still not getting my steps up and not sure how to get myself going on this. Have suggested to DH that we go for a walk round the village each evening but he just looked at me as though I was a mad woman and said why on earth would we want to do that in the cold, wet and dark evenings? Yeah, I feel the same. He would however take a walk with me to the marina when the sun's shining at the weekends. Still have to sort out the gym though so perhaps that will sort it out.
No food plan as yet but probably have one of the scotch eggs from yesterday with some salad for lunch.
Waves to @somesortofzilla hope your busty day isn't too taxing and I'm glad you're coping with the crap from stbexh. Catch up later all.

recklessgran · 21/01/2020 10:34

@somesortofzilla BUSY day not busty.

MsTSwift · 21/01/2020 10:35

Really enjoyed quick shopping trip last week we had to go to London for pre Brexit passports so slipped into a few shops now a definite small 12 on lower half. Early Oct I was a large 14 😁 LOVE IT!!! Keep on it’s worth it losers

KnucklesMcGinty · 21/01/2020 12:26

I had a long unplanned walk yesterday. I think I'm at an all-time low today (well, since DC, anyway!). Sort of makes up for all the treats at the weekend.
I bought a load of size 16 clothes in November which are now too big for me.
I also realised that when I last wore my jumpers, which I've only just got back into, I thought I was a right fatty. Oh well!
